I ordered two Sardinia dresses in a single transaction with identical custom modifications—one in Toffee and one in Emerald Green.

Despite requesting the exact same modifications, the fit between the two garments is completely inconsistent. The Emerald Green dress arrived with the pockets placed 15 cm higher than the Toffee version (making them sit near my ribs) and the side waist ties misaligned by 1.5 cm.

When I contacted customer service with comparative photos, they admitted that the dresses were made inconsistently due to an error on their end. However, instead of offering a replacement, refund, or solution, they simply offered an apology and left me with an uncomfortable, unwearable dress after waiting over a month for delivery.

The linen quality is lovely, but the lack of basic quality control and absence of post-purchase support for clear manufacturing errors is extremely disappointing. I would be cautious ordering here until they take responsibility for production mistakes.

It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. It is completely ridiculous to wait until the season is over just to ship two pieces of clothing.

Furthermore, it is very unprofessional that the company is completely ignoring my emails and not responding to any inquiries. Due to the total lack of communication and extreme delays, I am starting to wonder if this business is a SCAM. I strongly advise caution before buying from them.

I have not received order. It's been almost 2 months since I have ordered. Received one generic email about it 1 month in and no updates since.

As a first time customer, I placed a very large order to create a capsule wardrobe for an upcoming holiday. It felt like a bit of a leap of faith ordering so many pieces from a company I'd never used before, but I needn't have worried.

The quality of the linen is exceptional and every garment has been beautifully made with obvious care and attention to detail. The craftsmanship is outstanding and everything arrived carefully and sustainably packaged.

I was particularly impressed with the custom sizing process. I followed the measuring guide and requested a few adjustments, and every single piece fits beautifully. Ordering clothing online can be daunting especially when its made to order, but the process was straightforward and the results exceeded my expectations.

From start to finish, the whole experience has been very good - the communication, quality and service have all been excellent.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Not Perfect Linen to anyone looking for beautifully made, high quality linen clothing and I'll definitely be ordering more pieces when I return from my holiday.

Die mir vorher per Email zugesicherten Anpassungen konnten alle nicht vorgenommen werden, dies wurde mir nach Aufgabe der Bestellung mitgeteilt.

Der Versand hat ebenfalls viel länger als 4 Wochen gedauert. Das Kleid ist noch nicht angekommen…Ich hoffe wenigstens, dass die Grössenempfehlung der Mitarbeiterin korrekt ist, werde aber nicht mehr dort bestellen.

I ordered two dresses from this company, on the basis of a recommendation. They are not cheap, but excellent quality and offer free customisations. I can most highly recommend them, and I understand that the dresses last for many years - and improve with age.
