I Ordered the himalayen shillajit from this company they claimed it help stop frequent night time urination ,prostate relief and joint pain results after 3 or 4Days Or Money Back Guarantee No Question Asked , well these capsules did nothing after 2 weeks , I asked for money back there customer service was abysmal , failed to reply to my emails and REFUSED to offer me money back when they eventualy replied to one , instead offered me another 60 capsules which they claimed were worth £119 , but retailed on ebay at £10.99 , Stay away from this company they are a SHAM.

It was easy to order what I was looking for. They had recorded how many of the items I needed wew available for oder.
Then I had the choice to collect or have my order delivered.
I chose to collect and they communicated when my order was ready for collection. I collected my order the same day within hours of placing the order. I really couldn't have asked for better service.

Very quick service

I went to Nourish St Stephen’s Green and picked to two item totalling almost €50. There was a pile of small Nourish paper bags on the floor. I picked one up to use for my items. The outlet Store Manager ran over, grabbed the bag off me, and told me I couldn’t have it. I was gobsmacked at the pettiness and meanness of this individual. There are loads of other health stores, thankfully. I like to support an Irish owned business, but not one that displays such negative characteristics.

Met a lovely man Micheal/ he listened explained and helped me to exchange an item i bought the previous day. I find each and all the staff in Nourish ( Tralee Dunnes ) EXCELLENT.

Order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and staff were a pleasure to deal with.

I have always loved Nourish and am a longstanding customer. I visited the Jetland store this week and the staff look at you like you have ten heads. When you approach them in a respectful, friendly manner, they both act and look at you as if you have a problem. Maybe it is actually that they feel you are a problem. All whilst some of their colleagues cast glances which are of the same demeanour. I love nourish, but I’ll order online in the future. Staff must be new, I didn’t recognise any of them, aside from one which I do recognise as being there for at least a number of months more than the others. However, all had the same manner. I much prefer to take my business to stores where the staff are respectful.

Click and collect product was in a damp box and was not in a saleable condition. Manager insisted it was checked and it would be fine. When we got home we opened it and checked it and discovered the box was damp. The salt had melted around the base. It should not have been sold. I note that it's gas been out back on sale in the branch as per click collect website.

This store is horrible. I didnt receive my refund back. When I went to Nutgrove the manager was almost blaming me & said they cant do much, might send an email.
How you can not take responsibility for your own refund? Very disappointed avoid them.
