No Care, No Compassion, just about making money from those who are afraid and suffering.

I’ve already explained everything that went wrong. This company does not care about women, just about making money. What a scam too, I know they secretly put the subscription button in there so we would get confused and then it looks like us as customers did it on purpose. And then the refund policy is such a scam, if these pills messed up my body why the hell would I want store credit to continue shopping here!?! What a SCAM! Absolutely NO care, no Compassion, I was fooled but not again. Shame on this company and the people who run it, just seems like an easy way to take advantage of women who are scared and suffering and just want help.. Never again will I shop here or trust these freaking websites/companies. And what a joke how overpriced everything is, yeah thanks for taking advantage of us.

Amazing Customer Service

I purchased a new product and was honestly nervous due to a complicated chronic illness that could potentially react to the product. Unfortunately that did happen but the Nourished Natural Health team provided incredible customer service and their naturopathic doctor also provided information that could potentially help me with my health without the supplement I reacted to. Which gave me hope that I could still make improvements in my health. Overall, my experience made me trust their products and their customer care more than expected.

We Were Ripped Off, Like So Many Others

Like many others, my wife ordered a product and ended up on a subscription that she didn't realize she was being signed up for. After receiving more product than could be used, my wife called explaining that she didn't request the additional products and was given an RMA number to return it. She dropped it off at FedEx, we received the tracking number and confirmed that the return was received and signed for (we have the name of the person who signed for it). After 2 or 3 weeks, my wife called the company and requested information about her credit, and the person she spoke with was very unhelpful and refused to provide information to confirm the receipt of the return, despite the fact that we had the tracking number and the name of the person who signed for it when received back by NNH. This company is not legit. Despite the positive references, there are many others who have lost $$$ due to unfair trade practices. I am considering a class action lawsuit at this time, based on the number of those impacted like my wife. NNH personnel, do not bother responding to this message unless your intent is to undo the wrong that you've already caused by crediting our account for the product returned that your office signed for. If you're truly sorry, if there is a degree of integrity at NNH, simply make this right and stop taking people's money without their consent.

I have been dealing with PCOS since I was a teenager not knowing what I have till just a few years ago. Now I finally found a source to get supplements and somebody who understands what it takes to deal with it. Thanks To Nourished Naturals!

I’m very happy with the andro ease

I’m very happy with the andro ease. It took about 2 months to fully start working but I no longer get hormonal breakouts as an 47 year old female. Additionally I’ve had great experience with customer service. They are prompt to respond and always very kind.

Dishonest and Preying on People Who Are Looking for Hope

I ordered this almost two weeks ago. I have yet to receive it. I emailed twice, the first time reassuring me that “things happen” and that it’s beyond their control once it’s shipped, but email them again if I still haven’t heard anything.

I emailed again and got the exact same canned response from AI that I got the first time. I REALLY wanted to try and believe in this product. The shipping tracking goes nowhere, they don’t even tell you what company it ships through. It said 1-3 days and it’s been more than 10 at this point with no information. How businesses can prey on desperate people is sad and beyond me. I am so discouraged at this point. The dishonesty is truly upsetting.

I have loved using the Nourished….

I have loved using the Nourished Natural products! The products have truly helped my health and PCOS symptoms. I recently found out I am pregnant and needed help cancelling my subscription for the time being. Customer service was fast and responsive! So helpful and understanding. They even helped get a refund when I thought I had cancelled before. I appreciate their help and their products! I recommend their products to friends and am so thankful for the results. I’ll be back after my new adventure:)

I'm reading the book and Fixing my body slowly is a good way for me and doing it naturally as much as I can because I'm tired of taking chemicals so far the unwanted hair is almost gone I'm on my third bottle of Androgen Plus

Leila in customer service was a great…

Leila in customer service was a great help. I had issues getting my subscription cancelled before I would be getting more product as my Dr had changed my medications just in the last two weeks and I wouldn’t be needing it. Everyone was great and very accommodating. I’m glad I reached out for help.

Promised Subscription Change, Then Denied - Only Received Partial Credit After Return

In April 2025, I contacted Nourished Natural Health to cancel or modify my annual prepaid subscription. By that point I had accumulated far more product than I could use, and after taking the Androgen Blocker Plus for several months I had not seen any noticeable results.

According to the website, prepaid subscribers can change the product in their subscription. However, when I tried to do this through my account, the site repeatedly gave me an error. Because of this, I reached out to customer service for help.

The first response I received was very reassuring. I was told they would look into switching the product and follow up. Shortly after, they confirmed they could “definitely swap the products” in my subscription and asked which product I would like instead.

After I selected a new product, the response suddenly changed. I was told the system would not allow the change and that I would continue receiving the Androgen Blocker Plus through January 16, 2026. When I expressed confusion about the conflicting information, I was then told that because my plan was prepaid, product changes were not allowed after all.

The only workaround offered was to return unopened bottles for store credit. By that time I had accumulated 12 bottles, which corresponded to the full subscription timeline, so I returned them following their instructions.

Once the return was received, I was informed that 6 of the 12 bottles were considered expired and therefore not eligible for store credit, leaving me with credit for only half of the products.

What made this even more frustrating is that the expiration date on the bottles is located beneath a QR code sticker on the bottom. When you remove the sticker to check the expiration date, the printed date comes off with it and becomes distorted. This makes it difficult to verify the expiration date without damaging the label, which then appears to be used as a reason to deny credit.

In the end, despite contacting the company months earlier, following their instructions, and returning the products as directed, I received only partial credit for a prepaid subscription I had attempted to modify long before the products accumulated.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering a prepaid subscription to read the policies very carefully before committing.

The company handled my issue with compassion

I want to be transparent about my experience. I have had a subscription for a short time and really enjoy the PCOS vitamins and supplements. They really do help and they are high quality. I had an issue with my subscription renewing without the usual confirmation email. When I woke up to my card being processed, I immediately emailed to ask about canceling this month due to finances. I just don’t have the money right now due to life circumstances (moving and having to buy a new vehicle). Before I got a response, I got an email saying the order shipped. Props to company for being for prompt, however due to extremely fast shipping status, by the time I received a reply I was given the policy about how nothing could be done and the order could not be cancelled. I was told I could send back the order upon arrival for $10 and then get a credit for when I want to order again. I was initially very frustrated. I was told this is policy. I was able to go and cancel my membership, but I did express that I was very disheartened with the policy. I received a follow up email from a far more compassionate representative hours later who made this situation right for me and I am very grateful! This is the customer service that stands out and for this alone, I will return as a customer again when I am financially able to budget it back in. Thank you Nourished Naturals for doing the right thing in the end. I would recommend an updated policy / leading with compassion. Overall, I am very satisfied with how the situation concluded. And above all, the supplements are fantastic!

This is the only thing that works for my cystic acne!

I have been taking the androgen blocker for a year now, I can honestly say it's been a lifesaver. I suffered with horrible cystic acne breakouts for more than 10 years now, this is the only thing that helps me.
