Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Nous for a few years now and have switched energy, WiFi and mobile providers with them. They make the process easy, straightforward and explain everything clearly. They’re also easy to contact and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I can’t quite believe how simple and…

I can’t quite believe how simple and speedy this was. Wry little info required and they worked efficiently to sort a new cheaper tariff on an energy bill. Impressive. I will use them again and highly recommended. They keep you updated every step of the way with helpful information.

Good experience with Nous

Nous made it really easy to transfer my mobile contract with only one hiccup in the process meaning I had to contact my new providers CS (which was only a slight inconvenience) overall very happy with the little involvement from my side!

AVOID

AVOID! Be warned they will start a switch without your consent! I only realised when I had a notification to say a direct debit was set up and had definitely never agreed any kind of switch with them!

Avoid and do it yourself!

It sounds like when you signed up, you selected one of our savings modes where Nous finds and sorts savings on your behalf. We always provide the full details of any potential switches via email and WhatsApp in advance, so you have time to review them and let us know if you don’t want them to go ahead. Most of our customers prefer this level of automation and convenience.

Nous is designed to take the hassle out of saving money on bills. However, we appreciate this isn’t for everyone. If you’d rather handle things yourself, we also offer modes where you receive reminders and suggestions and can choose when to take action - and I can see you’ve now moved your account to Manual mode now the switch has been cancelled.

Not entirely sure this saved me money…

Not entirely sure this saved me money as I got hit with leaving fees even though I was staying with the same energy company just switching. Won’t use Nous again as I could have just phoned the company and got them to change the tariff without incurring the exit fee’s.

It doesn't sound right that you were charged exit fees as this was a tariff switch with the same supplier, so we'd like to investigate this further

Nous did well

Nous did well. They have a good AI and then if there is something good you get passed to a human. But make sure you aske to speak to someone as that’s where the action happens. I’ve saved loads and takes all the stress out of switching.

So easy

So easy, I literally had to do nothing except confirm when the engineer was visiting to fit the new wifi and now I’m saving £11 a month

The switch went very easy

The switch went very easy, just put my details in and BAM! I had switched.
Can't recommend these guys enough.
I really don't like change, but with these guys I didn't feel a thing ☺️
