We instructed Nova from last year to enable our rear extension. It was our 1st project and had lots of questions about the process and expectations which were met with an equally enthused team.
The design was a pleasant surprise as we had some preconceived idea of what we wanted, instead of just drawing our ideas we landed on a design that met our needs that we briefed in the initial meeting that was far better than what we could've imagined.
We recently had our planning permission granted with a tricky council and the team helped us navigate seamlessly.
We've still got to complete the building regs process which I'm sure will go smoothly but hence the current 4* and once this is completed I will upgrade to a 5* if all goes swimmingly

both were super knowledgeable. They handled our survey, design, planning, and some structural work for a rear extension. Everything went smoothly and felt easy from our side. They even introduced us to a brilliant builder, way better than anyone we’d found ourselves. Really nice team, would definitely recommend.

Umar and Liam were brilliant to work with. Communication was great and the process was seamless from start to finish. Umar gave us a lot of time and didn't make us feel like it was a hassle for them. They really listened, explored ideas and gave their expertise which really helped in shaping our home. It was really easy to work with them.
