I filled in a form for a quote and received a call straight away. Jordan was extremely helpful, explained everything, answered all my questions etc. I can’t comment in regards to if I had to make a claim but initial contact was excellent

I got phone insurance thorugh them and they conned me I've paid £65 a year for the last 2 years made a claim and there section for claims you csn only email and they find any excuse not to pay out.

Very easy to use website with all the relevant detail readily available.

Breakdown Insurance. DO NOT USE. Despite filing out the breakdown cover form and putting down the days we will be away they wouldn’t pay out because we hadn’t actually personally informed them. WHAT ! Does the European Breakdown Cover with days we need to be covered not tell them this? Don’t waste your money, pointless. Now we are stuck on our holiday having to tour local garages ……..

Took out a policy with Nova Insurance,
Answered all questions honestly. Few weeks later Nova cancelled my insurance as there was a claim in my previous insurance. Nova then cancelled this claim and 6 weeks later i have yet to receive a refund. Dean who i spoke with today maybe needs a few lessons in customer service. advised that the insurers would send refund in another 2 weeks. I paid Nova for the insurance so why can't the same people refund the insurance. They are at it
