Happy customer

I sent two gifts of cut orchids recently to friends/family. They were both delighted with their flowers and sent photos to show me. I was pleased to learn that the flowers had been of such good quality, well packaged and delivered on time. Maybe next time, I will order some for myself!

Birthday flowers did not arrive — very disappointed

(Ref: order #11974) I ordered some beautiful flowers to be delivered to my mum on her birthday but they did not arrive. Yodel claim they tried to deliver but no one was in, and that they left a calling card. No calling card was left, and in any case I gave instructions to leave the flowers by the porch if no one was home. Extremely disappointed with Nova Blooms and Yodel...

Realistic and stunning

The blooms look so realistic they have fooled everyone that has seen them. Impressively large I have put them in with real orchid leaves . I would buy again. .

Dreadful quality flowers

Another review about poor quality flowers and a really non-helpful reply - just excuses on their behalf. Wont use again so their loss.

Thank you for your email and I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed that the flowers you received only lasted 12 days.

All our fresh flowers are guaranteed to last a minimum of 7 days. Orchids can last for 2- 4 weeks but this is dependent on the conditions that they are kept in. E.g. Rooms that are too warm or cold will reduce the shelf life of fresh flowers, changing the water every few days can help to keep the flowers fresher for longer etc

poor orchid rude unhelpful customer service

hi i order orchids .every week i live in quite village so i buy for the village church.freinds family.and my own health issues. Last Saturday i ordered pink. Orchid it was slightly unwell was concerned droppy leaves tied.and small white marks leaves.i contacted customer service with 7 photos.they were so rude?ashleen i received sarcastic remarks. Told not to shop there again. And when i said we wouldn't be due to none replacement. I was shocked to get emails saying. Thank god.i have kept it for evidence.rude.it was not my fault i got poor defective orchid? And to receive such rude comments. After all the funds we spent.UNPROFFESINAL RUDE POOR ORCHID and rude to valued customers?

Freshest birds of paradise ever. A day late due to customs but my partner was amazed by the quality and she is from Madeira !

Unsatisfactory delivery date

I was very disappointed after speaking to my mother in law on her 87th birthday today, to hear that the orchids that I had ordered for her had not arrived. I have purchased orchids from Nova Blooms before and was very impressed by the quality of the flowers. However, even if the product is of a high standard, it means very little if the delivery courier they use is unreliable. I have found Yodel to be the worst courier service for reliability and punctuality and try to avoid ordering from companies that use them. On contacting Nova Blooms I was informed that the delivery had been affected due to storm Arwen. I found this to be very unlikely as I had received punctual and reliable deliveries today from DPD, Hermes and Royal Mail, all of which appear to have been unaffected by a storm, that according to the Met Office was starting to abate four days ago. I can only hope that the flowers arrive tomorrow and that the delay in their journey has not adversely affected them. My mother in laws disappointment will be a little harder to fix!

Stunning Orchids for my beautiful Mom!

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of Orchid stems for my lovely mom’s birthday! They were stunning, my mom was absolutely delighted. They lasted for 6 weeks. Definitely recommend - you will not be disappointed.
