Seeing non-stop ads on Pinterest from this company, for an extremely illegal and dangerous carseat product that doesn't mean one single safety regulation and will result in dead kids. I am so angry. I truly cannot believe a company would be so disgusting as to sell a product that is actively dangerous to children. I will be reporting them to advertising standards, trading standards and the police.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Their ads are all over Facebook and Pinrest. I ordered 1 blouse. When I viewed the order it was doubled!! Contacting the company is an exercise in frustration. They told me there was nothing they could do. After 2 wks the order was delivered. The blouses were nothing as they were advertised. The company will not except returns on clothing! To late I found out Nova Delight is a Chinese company. So. I have 2 blouses I would never wear and I am out $68.00.

I have only given this company one star, as it's impossible to provide a lower rating on Trustpilot. This must be the worst company I've ever come across. STAY WELL CLEAR.

They advertise on Facebook and Pinterest some great clothes but what you get is nothing like what are on the photos , when you you complain they are quite off hand and offer a measly% discount which is useless on an item that’s poor quality and not what you ordered ! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !

Terrible company and no customer support. I ordered a dress. Material is thick and does not breath at all. And too large and boxy not at all as pictured. I wanted a refund. They stated they do not take anything back that touches the SKIN! After several emails back and forth they gave me an address in China, I have to pay to send it back the last time I did they just say, so sorry we did not get it!

I recently ordered a shirt and the next day, I received an order for two shirts just like the first one. I only ordered one and they made two charges to my credit card. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order and they told me they had already shipped the order and could not do anything. They offered a small discount and said I would have to wait until I received the shirts. I do not need two shirts just alike and the shirts are terrible quality and too big. It took 21 days to receive my order. After receiving the order, I wrote them back and they will not respond. Do NOT do business with them. I should have looked at their reviews before I ordered.

I bought two dresses in two different sizes since I was between sizes, and paid for expedited shipping, which should’ve been 3 to 5 business days. It took over three weeks for me to receive my order. Unfortunately neither fit, so I began the return process. I learned this company is in China, and they do not send return labels. It will cost more to mail back the dresses than the dresses cost.

I ordered one dress, and deceptively they asked if I would like 45% off on this dress. I said yes, and another order for a second dress was placed!!! There was no way to cancel the second dress, even contacting their customer service, they said wait till I receive the dresses and they would give me instructions on how to return. I have written multiple e-mails to customer service and still have no logical response - ie they offered me a discount! I dislike the dress(es), they are nothing like shown, and want to return both dresses. Here is their offer of a resolution: They offered a discount of 20% and I keep the dresses, or send them back at my expense, to China, at a cost of $179. STAY AWAY FROM NOVA DELIGHT!!!

I ordered the items, that didn't fit when they arrived. There was no returns information that cane with the products, I have contacted them twice to ask for advice on how to return products, they haven't even acknowledged my email. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
