The experience with Novamar getting my new boat purchase insured (as a new boat owner) was smooth and easy. They quickly and patiently answered all my newby questions. I actually chose to pay a little more than another route as the support I got (and will get in the future) was so superior.

Experts for cruising insurance!
We reached out to Novamar in need of somewhat specialty cruising insurance after our existing brokers were unable to secure coverage for our plans. Novamar was quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the market and options available, and was able to secure us the exact coverage we were looking. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We apologize for your frustration. Yacht insurance companies require a copy of the captain's USCG License and current boating resume signed by the captain prior to approval. If you forward that information to our office, we are happy to work with underwriters for approval.
