Are the employees of the company itself allow to write reviews as they are clients?

I am considering to join Nova and I was checking some reviews from members. What a surprise when I checked the names of the people giving good reviews and I see that the first 5 that I have checked are working in the company full time. I didn't check the remaining ones, but I think it is already concerning.

Isn't that against the code of conduct of Nova Talent itself? Isn't that a misuse of the Trust pilot platform?

This is a huge red flag to me. Can any Nova give an explanation? Can any real Nova (not paid by the company) provide an honest opinion? Is this considered a misuse of the platform?

I was redirected to this website from a job posting on LinkedIn. After completing the first part of the application, I discovered in the FAQ that the application was indeed to become a member of NOVA, which I do not wish to be, paying a €149 fee. This is the most dishonest onboarding experience I've ever encountered. I've repeatedly asked for my account and data to be removed from their system by email (of course, there's no option to do this on their website) and they've ignored every email I've sent. Instead, they keep sending automated emails urging me to continue my application with fake deadlines that always get pushed.

As I told them: tricking people into joining your site under the guise of a job application is unethical, rethink your marketing strategy.

Peccato che al di là del paywall ci siano solo:
- posizioni lavorative (poche, pochissime) per ruoli junior
- eventi ed attività a pagamento
- mentorship per figure junior.

A mie numerose richieste di rimborso hanno fatto orecchie da mercanti, quindi quanto scrivono qui sotto in risposta è pienamente falso.
