Don't dare with the site, they ripped me off my funds from my account.
I questioned them I was blocked from the chat box.
I filed a lawsuit to my username (M) they gave me 💯 assurance to trail back my funds.
They did in 2 days. I received every penny.
I signed up for an account with them back in December of 2022. Everything was going great, I invested $1000.00 and it was growing. Then I was informed by the person who got me into this that they were not honoring any accounts from Canada. I tried to contact them to see if I could get my funds back, but there was no way to contact them. Googled them found support link but when I went on it, I was informed my account was suspended. So right now I am out $1000.00 and no way of getting it back. In my opinion people should stay away from these people, due to the fact they can cancel your account take your deposit and run.
My friend recently purchased a motherboard (B650 X AX ATX AM5) from Novatech.
Firstly they charged him almost £15 for delivery as they stated he lived in the Highlands of Scotland which he does not. anyone from Aberdeenshire i'm sure understands this probelm with various vendors so he thought nothing of it and continued with his purchase .
The motherboard arrived at his house (although the courier did not handle it with care i might add). Upon opening his new motherboard he instantly noticed that he had been sent the incorrect motherboard (the B650 M). He contacted Novatech who asked him to supply pictures, which he did (great service so far).
Anyway, a few days passed and he had not heard anything back. A few more days passed and he recieved another email from Novatech asking again for pictures of the motherboard that he had been supplied. Remember a few days ago? yup that's right he had already supplied these to them. (Customer Service is now becoming a problem)
Another few days passed and he was then advised that they would take the motherboard back and asked if he would like a refund or the correct motherboard to be sent. As this had gone on for quite sometime he asked for his money back (better service again YAY NOVATECH). Just FYI this had now been almost 3 weeks since he originally ordered his motherboard.
Today my friend recieved another email from Novatech advising them that they now need to test the motherboard to ensure that it is infact the incorrect motherboard that had been supplied and that this testing would not start for another 5 days!!!! (remembering it states the make and model of the Motherboard on the box!) BAD NOVATECH!!!
As you can read from the above, i would not recommend anyone to use this company and just go to a TRUSTED vendor instead.
Also forgot to say my friend now regrets using Novatech as the motherboard is actually cheaper from Amazon. PS this is where i purchased mine from and have had no problems whatsoever (i do rub it in his face but shhh)
