Amazing product and order from here all the time but the delivery has been poor on a few occasions now. Recent order taken over a week to find out order has been lost in post and no stock to redeliver on a £70+ order. Not sure when I will get my order either...

Will still buy from here but delivery is always a gamble.
Tip - Order well in advance before you run out of stock.

Good value and nice juices

Fast delivery, great packaging that fits through the letterbox, great price! Only tried one flavour so far which is okay, not as strong in flavour as I'd hope, can't say about the others since I haven't tried them yet.

The liquids themselves are great and really affordable. Not only that though, NovaVapes customer service were very accomodating when i needed to change my delivery address. Also when one of the flavours in the pack i ordered was out of stock, they replaced it with something similar plus they threw in another 60ml juice with a nic shot absolutely free of charge!

The best juice at the best price. They always leave a nice message on my invoice and I even got a Christmas doodle this year! Ordered from them about 10 times. They get better and better and the new bottles are so much easier to fill.

Christmas hours so order took a while, and didn't realise it wouldn't fit through letter box (5 shortfills) + 5 10ml nic shots

Only reason for not 5* as I'm sure some layout would be easier for slotting though mailbox :)

Thought I'd try and be cheeky and sneak an order in before Christmas, however they were closed for the festive season.

Turned up soon after Christmas anyway, great flavours as always. The watermelon crush Iced is one of the best flavours I've ever had!

I really like the new bottles that nova Vape are using. They're virtually leak free compared to the cylinder-types used before and elsewhere and fit through the letter box.

Wrong order received sent email and was told there was a note in the box. No answer or resolution offered

Every time I try a new juice from the ice range it makes me think they cant get any better, But they do fantastic ,

order is "prepping" one week after placing. won't order from here again
update - been 10 days with royal mail first class shipping and still not arrived. Concerns have been reported by novavapes instead of rectified.
