Shocking bunch of charlatans
Shocking bunch of charlatans! I order some shoes, I never received confirmation, I checked my junk etc. I received a different pair of shoes. I see that I need a confirmation number to return the shoes, which I never received. I ring, email and text the company nothing happens. I then post the shoes back explaining I had no confirmation number and no one got back to me. Therefore, I enclosed the envelope which the shoes came in so that they could track the order. I receive a partial refund. I emailed asking why and they said because I did not follow their process. I explained that I never received confirmation, they insist that I did and say that I never attempted to contact them. I'm now raising this with my bank. Please avoid this company.
