My clients LOVE the opaque peach builder gel. I was running low so I ordered and the package arrived right when I needed it! I’ve never had an issue with package delays or missing items with NSI and the customer service team is always super helpful!

Easy! first time doing soft gel extensions
Decent prices, easy to find what I was looking for on the website and having links to instructions in the descriptions was super helpful too.
Did my first ever DIY set using the Soft Gel Extensions kit and it was much easier than I'd expected and I will definitely keep going!
15 ml bottle of products is generous and the consistency and opacity of the polishes is really easy to use too! Much more affordable than going to a salon (though I'll always love a salon experience too!).
I only applied the nails yesterday - so will see how the longevity goes, but great experience so far 😊

I have used NSI for many years for my nail business and have always received my products super fast and always beautifully wrapped. The best part about NSI, is that their communication is outstanding. I’ve had phone calls from staff regarding my orders or txt messages asking if my purchase went ok. I think this is really important in our industry as I know I can reach out to NSI at anytime and always have my queries handled super fast.

Love NSI Australia! They have an amazing range of products and I love the fact that they carry HEMA free products that actually stay on the nail! My mani lasts a full two weeks -sometimes longer - and I live on a property and do all my own maintenance so these bad boys work hard! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Faulty product, company ignored months worth of email and website contact from me. I had to physically travel to the store in a different state where they agreed they had received my contact but didn't respond. They then allowed me to return the faulty item, but said sorry it's now out of warranty because you took so long to return it. Absolutely disgusting service, it would have been well within warranty if they had responded to any number of my attempts to contact them. Very rude. Will never purchase from them again.

Our dust collector machines come with a complimentary 6-month warranty, and as confirmed when bought, no extended warranty was purchased back in 2024 — so any issues beyond that period are unfortunately outside the coverage and become the user’s responsibility.
Regarding communication, we’ve checked our records and can confirm that our team did reply multiple times to your emails and were always polite and helpful in trying to assist you — as reflected in the many positive experiences from our other customers. We’re genuinely sorry you feel disappointed, we always aim to provide the best service possible 💛

Best products and fantastic service
When I tried to order through another site it turned out their pricing was wrong so NSI cancelled the order but rang me to explain the problem and told me to go through the NSI Australia website and apologised for the inconvenience. I went straight to NSI website and placed my order direct. It arrived promptly and I was very impressed with the service and the products (as always). I’m new to Australia and hadn’t realised NSI were here. I only use NSI products in the UK so I’m delighted they’re here and that I can continue to use my preferred products here.
