Happy with product and experience overall.
I purchased online and was able to do with confidence as the site gave me enough details of the mask I needed. The mask was dispatched in good time and there were no delays or issues. Communication via email was appropriate and informative. I was able to track everything. The product itself is fine. I would prefer that the tube was a little firmer and a stronger, better quality material as my older one. Overall, happy with everything.

Wonderful helpful staff
Wonderful helpful staff. Niki was amazing. The machine has worked extremely well from the start. I am now not ‘bone’ tired. I feel like rushing around and doing everything. I didn’t realise how tired I was all the time until I started therapy. Amazing.

My experience with NSW CPAP was nothing…
My experience with NSW CPAP was nothing short of excellent. I used them from a recommendation of my doctor for a sleep study. I completed it at home, got the results back from a sleep specialist and called for advice. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone who really listened to me and recommended I make an appointment with a close location. I went the same day and dealt with Kareena. She was professional, caring and took her time to explain the machine recommended, helped me with my mask fitting and answered all of the questions I had which really eased my anxiety and concerns over a complex condition. Really great experience, highly recommended!

I had to replace the mask on my existing CPAP. It was far more expensive than I thought it would be. It's also pressing harder on my nose causing a minor skin break.
