I am sharing my personal experience with NTW Markets to provide transparency for other traders considering this broker.

I initially deposited approximately $1000 into my account and received a matching promotional credit. I was down on one account I deposited on another account to continue taking readers while swinger the other account to being out of drawdown. I mange to make 10000$ in profit
Following this performance, I submitted a withdrawal request of approximately $12,000. After submitting the withdrawal I waited and waited only to get an email saying that my withdrawal was rejected bcs of hedging and misuse of their bonus . Although I didn’t do this I accepted Just to let it go and agreed to get back my deposit which I never got it has been 3 weeks to a month . Also this rules aren’t written anywhere on this said broker

I am sharing my personal experience with NTW Markets to provide transparency for other traders considering this broker.

I initially deposited approximately $2,500 into my account and received a matching promotional credit. Using the platform under normal trading conditions, I was able to grow the account significantly and generated approximately $60,000 in realized profits.

Following this performance, I submitted a withdrawal request of approximately $52,000. After submitting the withdrawal, I continued trading with the remaining balance and generated an additional approximately $24,000 in profit while positions were actively open.

During this time, my trading account access was suddenly restricted while trades were still live and exposed to the market. According to my trading records, those positions later reached their predefined take-profit levels, but I was unable to manage or close them due to the restriction placed on the account.

After the review process, I was informed by the broker’s liquidity/compliance team that a substantial portion of my profits would be removed due to alleged violations related to bonus usage and position sizing. However, at no point prior to this action were any of my trades rejected, limited, or flagged by the system when they were executed.

I requested a detailed explanation, including the exact policy provisions relied upon and a full trade-by-trade reconciliation, but have not received a clear or comprehensive breakdown addressing these points.

Additionally, the broker stated that my original deposited funds would be returned in full. However, as of the time of this review, those funds have not been credited back to my account wallet or made available for withdrawal, and no confirmed processing timeline has been provided.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly through their compliance team in a professional manner and remain open to a fair and transparent resolution. I will update this review as the situation develops.

Based on this experience, I would not consider this a broker I could confidently recommend to traders who are serious about their trading journey and capital security.

Honestly, NTW Markets has been great so far. The platform runs smoothly, trades are processed quickly, and I’ve never had issues with deposits or withdrawals. Their support team is friendly and quick to respond. Overall, really happy I gave them a try. Definitely feels like a broker I can trust.

Unfortunately super disappointed. I heard good things about this broker, and there’s a prominent figure that pushes this broker in my community so I thought it was trusted.

I deposited 1k into my account. They gave me a 100% bonus which I don’t like, and I expressed it, and the reason being is because they can get weird with rules on withdrawals when company’s add a bonus’s. They told me it was routine and to keep it.

I then had been studying gold for 7 years, and I saw the weekly move it made starting last Sunday. I caught it at the weekly open, 5pm pst, I caught a move over 100 points, but under half way I opened another large position, my equity was around 5k and my margin was high.

All in all, I made 20k profit over 100 points. And when I went to withdrawal they canceled every one of them until they only gave me 6 out of the 20k to withdrawal. They said I had too much margin and there was a glitch in the system. That’s all talk for they didn’t wana pay me out on a move that was meditated and calculated.

Can’t be trusted. You either honor your customers, or you have a better online platform that doesn’t “glitch”.

Then I waited 4 days to pretty much hear from them, they have no support team that gets back to you in the back office within even hours. It usually took 8-24 hours to hear anything!

From the deposit bonus, where they double your deposit, to the glitch, to the whole 4 day period it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a broker. (I’m not even a yelp reviewer, but I’m a money dude and I’d hope to prevent anyone to go through what I dealt with)

Been using for 3 days. Fees are extensive. lot sizes allow smaller risk for bigger accounts from my personal experience. Leaving

NTW is an easy platform to use. Definitely love that fact that they have MT5. Spreads are not bad and the withdrawal and deposit speed is great. Love the customers support answering the questions with the right feed back solving any issues.

Great broker, convenient to be able to use TradeLocker and MT5. Spreads are definitely reasonable.

Since I’ve joined this broker after having to leave the unregulated brokers it’s been a good experience the leverage is not as high but it’s been good so far
