NueMD Avis 80

We have been using NueMd since September 2016, and have been very satisfied with all of the services they provide for us. The billing/claims module especially is very user friendly and extremely fast and efficient. Would most certainly recommend this software

I've been in the medical billing field for a while now. For the first time i am using NueMds and so far is the easiest billing software that i have used. The one on one training was great and they made sure i new everything before "letting me go" to do it my self. It is easy and user friendly. I recommended to anyone.

I am in the early stages of using NueMD. So far, training with the software and communication is A+.

The program is slow. Having to scan in EOBs is a pain. They were supposed to set up EFT and told me what for to get from bank. They said either bank letter voided check or something on my letyer head. Gave my letterhead form not correct. Went into back waited forever uploaded form and they said not coreect bc it was direct deposit form. I told banker what I needed and they gave exactly that with maybe the wrong name on top of form? Phone number on patient statements was wrong and when I emailed a few times to figure out that as well as queations to seeing patient statements I didnt get a response. When I was ready to cancel I emailed the woman who set me up. She trnasfered me to management. He wrote me but then never reponded. Apparently he was out of office and no one repaonded. I reached out to Nakiah and she triex to help me get in contacr with someone. Almost 2 weeks later I get a call asking if they can get me to stay. I say no. She says management will review my contract and see if they can back date cancellation start date... Which I requeated on Nov 16. Well I find out a week later, by calling in and waiting 30 minutes that cancellation date will be Dec 31st and last bill in Jan. Why am Inoaying for an extra 2 weeks? I dont know because I didnt get a reponse to my email and I feel this is a way to squueze out more money.

If we require any help and dial the customer support. it takes more than half an hour to answer the call. You guys need to add some staff, So we get the information timely.

Overall I have had a great experience with NueMD. The system is easy to learn and understand. I use NeuMD for billing and payroll, if you have any problems with anything customer service is right there at your finger tips.. the training videos are wonderful as well

NueMD is a great program, whether you are just starting your business or have to convert from a different program. Self training is available ( we set ourselves up in less than a day) or you can schedule time with the trainers. Online support is available and always helpful

Overall I have had a great experience with NueMD. The system is easy to learn and understand. I have used other systems in the past for documentation, but prefer the ease of NueMD. I have had an issue with a glitch in the system, but customer service was willing to work with me to figure out what happened and to resolve the issue. I would recommend NueMD to anyone who asks.

So far this is the best billing software that I have used. I was using Lytec prior to the switch and I love it! Nuemd is so easy to learn and use. It makes claims and billing go so much faster. They really do have it figured out to help out with production. I have recommended this product to several other physician offices. The scheduler is very easy to customize to any practice schedule. Easy to use with multiple locations with out confusion!Nuemd was very easy to adjust to. Learning it was so easy and there is such great product support. Nuemd helps make the billing so much more effective and claims are paid a lot quicker with fewer rejected claims. Also I LOVE that it is web based that way you can access it anywhere with internet. That makes a big difference with multiple locations.

With the personal and hand's on training we received in the format design of individualized templates and in the implementation phase of the program for our clinicians and staff, we've been pleased every step of the way. We were able to customize our information into useable templates and make changes and adaptations after test-driving the product. The service has been responsive and attentive.

NueMD provides a streamlined billing process for medical offices. It has simplified our billing and reduced the amount of time I spend on billing. It is very solid and I have never had it crash on me. We love the vast range of available reports as well.
Highly recommend this software.

My office has used NueMD for approximately 8 years and will never change. We have have not had any negative issues and the ease of navigating the product is so simple. We would highly recommend this product to any physicians office looking for new software.

I have been using NueMD to bill for PA's working in a nursing home setting since March, 2016. I have found the product to be easy to use, and the trainers are so helpful. The support team is always quick to answer my questions and I have enjoyed learning this new product. It has had its moments, but for the most part, I would recommend it to anyone who bills remotely. It is a great tool, because it is cloud based - so you can work from your office, at home or even while on vacation! I use it in conjunction with Practice Fusion, as this is the product the PA's use to document the patient's treatment and superbill information

I love Numed. Better than any of the other medical billing softwares I have used. Great display and the customer support is excellent

I am very happy with this software program. We have had a few glitches along the way but the issues have been resolved.

Use the site on a near-daily basis, terrific ......

I don't have much experience in ICD-10-CM, because I didn't teach this yet, but I have some knowledge about it, gathered from reading books.

I really appreciate being able to quickly look up codes in a variety of ways. It is a great tool and helps me every day. I recommend it often to my peers.
