Ordered two plates, only one arrived.
I ordered two number plates from Number One Plates. One plate arrived, but the second plate has still not been delivered, even though it has been more than a week since I placed the order.
The plate I received appears to be of good quality, but I am disappointed by the delay and the lack of information regarding the missing item. I hope the company can resolve this issue promptly and improve its delivery service and customer communication.
I would appreciate an update on my order as soon as possible. ORD-

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!
Shocking service 1 star is too much for this company, ordered plates, paid for them, whilst uploading the required documents website closed, I was unable to get back onto the upload page to complete uploads. Emailed them to explain what happened, no reply or acknowledgement whatsoever.
They knowingly processed the payment even though they did not have the required documents.
I am now trying to recover my money 2 emails in and no response.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!
