Scam. Stay away.

The site mislead that the question has been answered. But there was no answer. They use AI content to scam people.

I love how you can get an instant explanation for math equations. And not only that but there is a pro also working out the problem to make sure you not only get the right answer but you really understand how you got it.

What didn't go wrong here. The prompt reply from "Mary" is the only redeeming quality that this "business" has. Their refund policy is a "You gave us money, we wont give it back no matter what". I honestly would Stear very clear of this "Application", as its not worth the $19.99 that they stole from me, and are refusing to return. The other issue is that when your "Free Trial" is up, they don't email you or notify you that it is ending.

Edited - The trial was canceled on the 5th, not the 6th. I have email proof. This company is a sham. I will be filing charge back on Monday with my Bank

From the email chains I have received and the "Its your fault you didn't cancel the "Free trial" comments, I'm 100% at this time of the belief that this company is a sham and a scam. They don't offer the services that they claim they provide. The number of issues that this company has had with other users speak volumes to how they operate. I would 1000% stay way from this company. that's $20 bucks that was stolen from me that I will not get back if they are to believed. If you really need help with stuff for college, go to your student services and see if they offer actual tutoring. Not This sham

Signed up 1 day pass and instead charged for monthly, big scammers avoid at all cost. Never even received the membership or day pass. No free trail just took money without giving day pass. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST!!!

Any respectful company would issue a refund if the customer isn't happy with their service. Insisting on refusing is a sign that it's not there to offer a service, it's just a way to collect money.

I had an awful encounter, so I strongly advise against enrolling in the free trial. Despite canceling, I was billed. I didn't log in, and yet I got charged for two months before realizing. Customer service is unresponsive and refuses to issue a refund. Steer clear of this website and its free trial!
