Läropengar men känns riktigt dåligt att ge dessa lurendrejerare mina pengar.

Bluff och lurendrejeri.
Beställde en fodrad jacka men fick en ofodrad hoodie.
Dom vägrar skicka rätt vara utan erbjuder 20%-30% tillbaka, en standard text jag får på alla mina mail om att jag vill ha en retursedel och rätt vara.
Returen får jag bekosta själv vilket är 300kr.
Känns som om dom satt i system att skicka annan vara om dom inte har rätt vara inne.
Önskar att jag hade läst omdömen innan. Hade aldrig beställt iså fall.

Köpte en klänning till dottern men fick fel storlek.
Har skickat flera mail men de svara inte.
Kan ju inte vara så svårt att skicka en ny i rätt storlek.

Purchased a ‘jacket’ from this company, has been nothing but trouble from them. I was not aware that it was a pre-order item so unknowingly I paid for next day delivery. I reached out 3 days after to ask for some of update, which I was then made to be aware that it was pre-order item and can take up to 9-12 working days to dispatch. They said they can refund me my NDD to standard, I responded politely as I understood this was my own fault and didn’t even want the refund. I then contacted on the 7th working date asking for an update, I didn’t expect the item to arrive I just wanted an update to make it clear and they had said it can take up to the 12th working day. I then contacted on the 12th working day asking if it has been dispatched and they had told me it was due for dispatch that day (29/01/2025). I then contacted on the 30th asking for a tracking number as it should have arrived the ‘next day’ since that’s what I paid for. They told me they had sent it to ‘my email’. I then reached out on the 31st saying I havnt got this and asked if they could re-send the tracking number to which I got no reply. On the 1st of February I sent a message expressing my frustration in an appropriate way and asked at this point can I just get a refund. To which they then told me it has been sent by standard delivery as an error on their side and that it is at the ‘national hub, Royal Mail and that it will be delivered in the next few days’. They said they have sent me the receipt to my email which was incorrect? I’ve been receiving all their emails about offers etc but not this one? I believe they had purposely put an incorrect email to cover up for the lie. I had then sent the correct email and asked if they could send me the receipt, since then I have got no answer. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Appalling, never ordering again.

Beställde en vinterjacka i skinn för 976 kr. Var tvungen att betala direkt då de ej erbjöd Klarna. Väntat nu sedan 26:e november på jackan som aldrig kommer. De svarar på allt utom det jag begär, mina pengar tillbaka!?
De förhalar och säger att de nu skickat en ny jacka. Jag vill inte ha det nu det skulle vara en julklapp. De frågade inte ens om de skulle skicka någon och svarar inte på mina frågor. Kundtjänsten är en AI robot garanterat för de skriver saker om rabatter, nöjda kunder och annat svammel.. nu har jag slängt nästan 1000 kr som de uppenbart har lurat mig på! . Hur kan de få utge sig att vara ett bolag i Sverige och sälja saker här?! Kläderna är gjorda av plast och från Kina!!
Har man inget skydd som kund här?? Kan man anmäla detta?? Hjälp!

Varför talar ni inte om att kläderna kommer från Kina! Då hade jag inte beställt! Orolig nu att ” julklappen” inte kommer fram i tid. Får bara meddelandet ”på väg”.

Bought a Flying Jacket for £49.95 took thirty days to arrive to England from China. Didn't fit too small, zips don't work and lining keeps coming out. Nothing like the picture in their advert, absolute rubbish. Just another scam company, reported to PayPal.

SCAM SITE - You will receive some goods but not what you ordered. Adult size ordered, child aged 7-9 years old received and they sent 2 orders instead of one. No response after a week from this organization. There is also an overseas fee, so they are not based in Melbourne. SCAM SITE DONT BUY.

Absolutely terrible! Bought the Kendra ankle boot for $60 and they arrived and look NOTHING like they do in the photo. Cheap plastic shoes with cheap plastic sole. They say they have a money back guarantee but customer has to pay for shipping so more cost and hassle than it's worth. And the size 10 is way small. So disappointing.

En dålig butik Jag köpte pyjamas av dem. Det första det kom var för sent, och när den kom så var det lite i storlek skickade jag ett mail till dem att jag ville byta dem mot en större. De svarade, "Lämna dem hos dig så skickar vi en annan andra till dig. Detta är samma sak som en gång med våra kunder." Jag betalade räkningen som var 575 och jag väntade Jag fick ingenting .det var från 9 maj till nu, har de inte skickat något till mig, och tiden för öppet köp har passerat och jag kan inte returnera produkten om jag betalat pengarna utan någon förmån.

Do NOT order anything from this company - they are a complete and utter scam. The clothes look great on the website but what turns up is nothing like what's shown!! Trying to return anything is an absolute nightmare. AVOID.

This is a scam. I bought the Mel - Australian Designed Flowered Sweater for $79.95, only to receive a printed long sleeved shirt of the jumper design, which is clearly not what I paid for. Avoid at all costs.

Recently purchased 3 items, 2 pairs of shoes and a jumper. Was happy with 2 purchasers amd unfortunately 1 pair of shoes didn't fit. Hence the problem have had a wk of emails trying to obtain an address to return. Not interested in any deals.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, 9 DAYS LATER GIVEN ADDRESS TO RETURN IN CHINA AND THE GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED IN 14 DAYS.
This will be.my first and last time buying from Nuova

Boots received... From China!!
They look ok. Size ordered 9.5 . I can't even get my foot in the boot.
Return to China not feasible.
They offered to change If I paid $25 more.
Then offered 30% refund, or $60 credit.
Luckily I paid with PayPal. Got a full refund.
Boots going to charity, not sure if they will fit anyone!

Skrattretande dålig kundservice. Är inne på mitt 7:e mejl för att ens få veta vilken returadress jag ska få skicka tillbaka plaggen som inte passade.

De försöker kontra med rabatt om 20%, 30%, 40% etc, höjer lite för varje melj, vilket hjälper föga om plaggen inte passar en. De försöker även spela på ens samvete om att det är dåligt för miljön med för mycket frakter, helt otroligt. Aldrig varit med om någon liknande oprofessionellalism i hela mitt liv.

Senaste mejlet bad de mig skicka bilder för att visa vad som är fel på plagget. Hahaha wow. Köp aldrig här ifrån!

I purchased some leather shoes for £39.99 and that was half price allegedly! I was looking forward to receiving them and after messaging numerous times and receiving two different replies both saying completely different things the shoes finally arrived. Oh dear! What utterly cheap rubbish. Whilst looking similar to the advertised leather shoes they were about 3 sizes to small (after being told to measure my foot for exact size) and made from the cheapest plastic I have ever seen before. I have messaged for a refund and told them its false advertising but still haven't had a reply, there's a surprise! Please avoid at all costs otherwise you will be very disappointed. Also at the bottom of their page they have really good reviews on trust pilot which is also lies as I have checked. Con con con!

det jag beställde kom flera veckor försent,
jag fick först inte retunera, inte förrän att Klarna hävt betalningen, då fick jag retunera om jag betalade portot till Asien.
