Nura Experience Durban store
I visited the Nura store on Saturday 5/11. I had a good experience at the store. I find that it's well laid our, easy to find what u want and view all their products. Scarves were well set and separated by type. I had picked up a square scarf by mistake and the owners who were cashing up for me did not know what types I actually wanted to buy but brought it to my attention that I had picked a square scarf probably checking if that's what I really wanted and thankfully he did as I use the long scarves so they saved me buying a wrong scarf unintentionally. Thank you Nura Team. Always a pleasure purchasing from them.

The new store in Durban
The staff are always friendly and helpful; and it was good to see the opening of the new store in Durban.
There are items online that the store did not have:
- the printed / patterned scarves
- the sale items (which could be per limit to customers)
But a good experience nevertheless

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. The owner and her husband are friendly and professional.
The new shop is small but gorgeous and the chiffon scarves speak for themselves!

The online store is great! Shipping was very easy and extremely fast! The packaging was so beautiful and impeccable neat. Perfect for a gift as well. The box with the ribbon and tissue paper is so lovely.
