Couldn't ask for better customer service. If you're looking to buy a gaming PC, you can't go wrong with these guys.

They have made a custom build for my son for Xmas. They are helpful, understanding, amd do everything they promise they will. Delivery is great, full tracking and fast, with great customer support afterwards. Couldn’t recommend highly enough 5*

Absolutely unreal customer service I had no idea at all what my boy needed they talked me through it built what I required built it and delivered within a couple of weeks then they even talked me through set up couldn’t of gotten better service anywhere definitely the best in the business at the best prices too

Just received my new ultra high-end gaming PC from NurdPC and honestly couldn’t be happier; I used to build PCs myself when I was much younger, but due to work and family life being so busy I didn’t have time to build my own; so, I started to review lots of different PC builders around the UK, and the one name that consistently came up in people’s recommendations was NurdPC; from my initial enquiry and discussing requirements, all the way through to delivery, it’s been a positive experience; all of the components are top quality, a great attention to detail and fantastic communication throughout the process; what impressed me most was that even when an issue arose with a faulty component in the build during their testing, NurdPC immediately contacted me, discussed the options and went the extra mile to source an alternative for me and get it fitted and re-tested in record time - exactly the kind of customer service I want in any business. Honestly, i can see why they have such fantastic customer reviews, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family.

I have bought a PC on this company and it exceeds my expectations. Plus I have checked almost all the PC builders out there and only NurdPC has the best specs with very affordable price. This guy is very responsive to your message 24/7 and will definitely recommend him if I have some friends that needs a monster PC with an affordable price. Two thumbs up for you man ! More power !

My son saved for two years for his first Gaming PC and I was really anxious about getting the right one (but knew nothing in any great detail about what was needed). NurdPC were highly recommended in a Facebook Group, so I contacted them. Throughout the process I have spoken with Fraser. He has been very responsive to all messages sent, worked to the budget that we had, has given very helpful advice….and I particularly appreciated how patient he has been in answering all of my questions. He also continued to help with anything I got stuck on when setting it up. The PC was really well packaged for delivery.
My son is so happy with his PC. Excellent service, I would highly recommend and will be returning.

What a great company, very helpful, super clear with recommendations and options for spending less or more money and the benefits/pitfalls. The end result, a top quality gaming rig for my daughter that does everything she needs it to do and more but is also future proof so in time she can upgrade when she needs to.

Nurd PC have been excellent from start to finish. I have been given advice on what PC would best suit my son and had updates and photos sent during the week. The communication has been great.

The service and guidance from the get go was absolutely awesome. It made ordering the right setup for our needs really easy. We had upgrade options explained, detailing any performance gains with each component. Communication was beyond great, we were informed of progress from the start.
