The Healthcare Company has made a big scam.
As a Healthcare Assistant I have applied a job.
Before that there are lots of stages, like application form, an interview, paperworks and etc.
Last step was the more weeks training.
When I have finished it, they have simply announced they won't give me any job and I won't be the right person for the role.
Hm...

So I know what you’re thinking, your reading reviews, to see if it’s a good job and honestly I couldn’t ask more from an employer. I’m a part of the live in care team and work away with their clients delivering care for up to 12 weeks at a time, genuinely they couldn’t be more helpful, lovely and genuine. They’re not perfect but if you ask me no company on planet earth is, so I would definitely take them for what they are. The pay is excellent, for the role I do in the company, and comes with fantastic training.

Telling you as it is the training dose take time and commitment, however it was for me an enjoyable experience. Then depending on the role you do, you’ll either go straight into work. Or like me you’ll have to wait a couple of weeks for a live In assignment. When I say 2 weeks that is what I mean exactly no more no less, if your worried about that honestly it’s worth the wait.

The wait is because they’re not just looking for a good fit for you as an employee they’re also putting the client first.

A wonderful company, with modern values and brilliant people, never felt more at home in work. I highly recommend

To put this all into context I’m 22 and have worked some rough jobs this is by far the best

I have no criticism of the carer provided which is why I have given two stars. Apart from that, my dealings with both the local branch and the financial department have been one long frustration. I needed a carer for a week for my partner who has mixed dementia while I took a break. I asked if the carer was a driver, so that he could take my partner out, and was assured he was- he arrived by taxi! There were numerous mistakes on the carer's report, but most frustrating of all has been the eight week wait for a correct invoice. I have received no less than five, three of which were for carers who never came near our house, and two were for £224 more than the care received. After numerous phone calls and emails, I received a call from the financial department to say they had the correct bill ready to send- unbelievably for over £100 more than the correct amount. My stress levels were off the scale. Finally today, I received an invoice for the correct amount! Never again.

I have been a nurseplus care assistant / support worker from 2018 - current. I’ve worked with Harlow, Woking and Preston branches.
All office staff have been extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable. They have 24/7 oncall to support us (important when lone working) and are very supportive and kind.
They always strive to get you the shifts you want and they don’t pressure you if you don’t want to work a certain shift or at a certain place.
They pay weekly, have generous pay rates and pay holiday pay.
Their training is robust and thorough and their courses extend beyond the standard mandatory units to include first aid, diabetes, care, medication administration and epilepsy and more. They also support you through the NVQ.
Easy sign up and constant ongoing support.
The best agency I have worked for by far.

I have been dealing with Nurseplus Rayleigh ofice for about 3 months now. Have to say the ladies in the office know their business and are very professional. I know sometimes they cannot do what is needed to get the job done but that is due to extenuating circunstances, Will always use Nurseplus for my business needs.

Appalling communication, carers constantly letting us down, unable to get through on phone, no apologies for missing care visits, terrible time keeping, different carer every time. Truly dreadful service.

They advertise many jobs available with their pay rates but those jobs are fake as are the pay rates they quote.

I am really pleased to have started work with this company. The management staff are so professional, kind, helpful and friendly.
The process of joining the team was super easy and I received all the training and support I needed.
A great company to work for and they really do care for their clients.
