I do not know how valid other reviews are ...... but here is my experience.

Social media marketing failures:

The service delivered was far below any reasonable professional standard. I signed up for their social media marketing package, and the entire funnel setup was a mess from day one. Even their own account manager acknowledged issues with the funnelling process. I started with 100,000 contacts at the top of the funnel, yet after their processing, fewer than 100 contacts made it through. That is not “poor performance”; it is a complete operational failure.

Account management issues:

I spent over £20,000 on this service and received nothing close to what was promised. The manager responsible for fixing the funnel problem simply ghosted me. No updates, no resolution. They then quietly replaced him with another manager with zero handover, claiming that my initial manager had left the organization. The new manager was equally disorganised, and at that point I decided to terminate the relationship.

Billing disputes:

Even after serving notice correctly, they mishandled the billing. They continued billing me for charges after contract termination, AND including invoices that were already paid all now shown as unpaid!

Recommendation to avoid:

In my experience, this company is disorganised, poorly managed, and unable to deliver the service they sell. Their operational errors, lack of accountability, and incorrect billing practices make them a risk to any business. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

I have been using Vanitha Preethi at Nurtur for some time now and they have allowed my business to excel. After years of other companies handling our SEO there is no comparison and I can't praise them enough.

Great customer service from Lucy, very prompt in getting the email campaign schedule set up. All the campaigns were very professional and specific for our business.
