Fresh and very tasty products. Delivered quickly. Friendly service. Fairtrade products supporting smallholder farmers in Malawi - what's not to like?!

The low rating is based on the quality of the macadamia nuts…

I recently opened my 500-gram packet of roasted salted macadamia nuts from Malawi. As someone who was born and raised in Malawi, I’ve always been a fan of macadamia nuts and regularly buy the ones in the blue box from Malawi. I decided to try your product and, first off, I must say the nuts looked fantastic—nice, big, and clean.

However, I was disappointed to find that they tasted rather stale. The expiration date on the packet, as I recall, is June this year, so they should still be fresh.

As someone who has enjoyed Malawian macadamia nuts my whole life, I’ve grown accustomed to the fresh and vibrant flavour of the ones I usually buy.

I am disappointed as wanted to be a regular shopper but sadly I can’t eat stale tasting macadamia’s:(

Update :
Thank you for kindly sending me 12 packets of 45-gram macadamia nuts after I raised concerns about the stale taste of the 500g batch. I truly appreciate your prompt response and generosity in addressing the issue.

However, I wanted to provide an update. While some of the nuts do taste fresher, unfortunately, a number of them still have a stale taste. It’s disappointing, as I was hopeful this would resolve the issue completely.

My first order but not my first experience of the product as someone very thoughtfully gave me some for my birthday.I’m sure there will be many more orders from me because to quote from a well known advertisement “I’m worth it”. Also loved the message in the box. I’m a sucker (or should I say a cruncher?) for the personal touch!

This is before we get to the quality of product, I tried the chocolate macadamias and a tea spoon (yes straight from the jar!) of the macadamia butter, both were absolutely exceptional.
Great experience all round and will be ordering my refills, likely sooner rather than later given how nice this is!

My order was easy to place because of the description of items available for order. Delivery time was excellent after receiving tracking information.

Delicious buttery taste. Love the creamy consistency with a crunch. A small amount surprisingly filling. Great for health and dietary requirements as a non meat eater.

Really fabulous products. I’ve now tried most of the range and the chocolate covered are my favourite but they are all delicious!

It's a regular order. I have a restricted diet trying to ease the pressure on my kidneys. Macadamia nuts are a healthy snack suitable for people with kidney disorder.
