My health coach got me started. I didn't realize they were sending me appointments in my email. So she started the meeting. And that got me to attend, otherwise I would have missed a second meeting because I did not realize they were scheduled weekly or thereabouts. She did a great job answering questions.And helping me through the initial process.

Beware of their scam
Beware of their scam. I tried their app for 1 day, using their 3 days free trial. $49 a month after that. Cancelled as it was not very helpful for me. Didn't receive any confirmation via email but didn't think much of it.
A month later they charged me $75 out of the blue. Not even $49, but more! Support never responded to a single email. Filed a dispute with my credit card but didn't even have a confirmation I cancelled thanks to these sneaky scammers who didn't send anything to prove it. Guess what? They didn't respond to me but they sure responded to my bank and I lost my dispute. I don't know what they provided to the bank but I didn't commit to anything but a free trial.
Stay away.

bad experience
First, customer service was unable to walk me thru setting it up so I lost a full week of usage. Additionally, the representative I dealt with lied about the cost. hen she lied and said I couldn't use Stelo on its own but required Nutrisense. I got ripped off.
