The best and only source for the insulin index on all foods. This is not a proxy for insulin impact but a true direct measure of the impact on insulin of all foods and recipes including fast food meals.

The information given is substantial - most comprehensive site I have found for info.on fat loss, keto, carnivore, muscle building etc etc. But it does take time to find your way around the site and to get the food detail you require for the day. I feel uncomfortable giving 4 instead of 5* as so much work has gone into this site and the detail is invaluable and I’m sure information will be updated as it comes in but at the moment, I’m just finding it a little time consuming logging the food but this will improve as I get used to the site.

Overall the app is great. It would be nice if you could scan food with a bar code and the macros would automatically be entered. But other than that i am very pleased with the app.

This app is helping me to be pro active about my Diabetes!

The app has a nice design and is mostly easy to use. It helps me track my macros when I'm on the keto diet and the blog is full of really useful information presented in a straightforward fashion. It would be 5 star but I can't seem to find instructions on how to use certain features so I'm left guessing and working things out by trial and error.

I wanted to cancel my subscription. Customer service was very cooperative and took care of my request right away!

I made a mistake signing up, and decided to cancel my membership. They wrote me back and said "no problem," but might I let them know why? When I explained my issue, they offered to fix it. I took them up on it, and I'm really glad I did.

Hi Nutrita, I too found your app a little difficult to navigate until I figured out the menu widget is *inside* the search box. That is a little weird and I strongly suggest moving it out! The journal list format is also really lengthy and could probably stand to be nested or condensed. (Maybe I just haven’t found how to do it yet?) Otherwise - really well done!! I have been reading a lot of material by Jason Fung and others on insulin index and I went searching for an app to give me some metrics on my progress. There you were - and I don’t see any other apps giving that info. The nutrition rating is a fantastic bonus, as are the recipes. I don’t ever intend to go completely Keto and I think you should broaden your target audience - your app applies to anyone wanting to control their insulin load even if they are taking a more moderate course. Thanks so much!!

Nutrita has a unique way of looking at nutritional density that is very useful for type 2 diabetics trying to follow a ketogenic diet.

You get to know everything you need to know about you diet: macros micros nutrition score and how keto friends their are.
The navigation is simple, it's easy to use 👍

I am a pre-diabetic so I find this app extremely useful due to the fact that I started the Keto diet after reading so many reviews and Nutrita has really helped me stay focused on avoiding carbs and sweets (which I am addicted to) as well as the finding new recipes so that I have a good variation of foods.

Customer service is also top notch and I had a call with Raphael who has really helped me understand how to use the app and has given me a lot of tips and insights!

Great app! I really liked the nutrient density and insulin index that you can't find anywhere else. It's a new way to take care of my pre diabetic syndrome and even have a better energy level and it feels great !

Nutrita is a powerful and educational platform to have a healthy diet according to our morphology and our insulin index. For each food, Nutrita informs me of the Keto score,the nutrional density as well as the insulin index ans tells me if it's good for me or not according to my profile. Nutrita takes care of everything, is my nutrition coach in the neighborhood.

Both Raphael & Edouard were on the call so it was much easier to have a real conversation.

Raphael responded to my initial email very quickly and set up a conference call for the same day.

They were both helpful in the information they gave me in response to my questions/comments. They were both encouraging about my contacting them again if any issues.
