Awaiting delivery…
Having paid for a 2-3 day delivery service it’s been a week and I’m still waiting for my order. I was told after enquiring by email that it was being held up by Royal Mail but, on checking the tracking number with RM, even they are waiting for receipt of my order! Is the problem with a supplier and not Nutrizone? I know not! 🤷🏻♀️ - but I wait on..!

There was no confirmation of purchase only when it was posted did I receive confirmation it has been over a week and still not received my order had to do my own work by googling royal mail tracking putting in the tracking number to find out what's happening suppose to receive it tomorrow keeping my fingers crossed was going to order regularly changed my mind terrible logistics what a shame will have to look for another company

Thank you for your feedback. Please note orders placed on Friday afternoon after 2pm are dispatched on the following Monday, the next working day. This was the case with your order. If you received a tracking or dispatch confirmation, there should also have been a purchase confirmation email, as these are automated. Please check your spam folder, as it might have been redirected there.
We see from the tracking information that your order was delivered on Saturday 6.07, just before you posted this review. We do apologise for any delay caused by the carrier, but unfortunately, we do not have control over Royal Mail's delivery processes.
