Absolutely great product but terrible ordering and no way of getting a hold of anyone with order issues! I’ve been getting the Grüns and Nutrops gummies for myself and husband and we both swear by them. Finally decided to goto the site to start ordering them regularly. I placed the order than realized I could get a better price if I ordered the Greens separately from the Nutrops and wanted to change the order … there is no way to change the order, or cancel! It even gives you a countdown counter to let you know how long you have to change your order, but you can’t. To make things worse I immediately called American Express to have them deny the charges and they wouldn’t do it because it already went through, event though it was less then five minutes and its marked as pending. I’ve emailed Nutrops several times to change and now cancel everything. At least now if they don’t want to cancel my order and subscription no further orders will go through because I canceled my card, yes I was that disgusted with the way American Express handled me (a client for over thirty years!) over this. Anyway I would definitely recommend the actual products but DO NOT order from their site!
UPDATE: Finally received an email and of course they won’t cancel the order but offered up this response, again, BEWARE of ordering directly!!

I ordered the 30 day thing to try it. Out of the blue they say they are shipping the next order, for a $165.00! No confirmation. I didn’t even know it was a subscription. And I don’t even know how many are in $165.00 worth of gummy candy! What a rip off. And then when I contact customer service they are using words like warmly and sweetly. They know they did wrong. It is a scam.

I tried these gummies for two months…

I tried these gummies for two months and had realized no benefit. In December I decided to cancel my subsciption but -as my time is limited- I could only manage to postone shipments to every three months. Three months later I got an alert that an order was confirmed...much to my surprise. I logged in and they stated that there was time for me to make a change to the pending shipment. Indeed, the clock showed that I had 20 minutes to make the change. A link was provided but there was no active link to make a change other than changing my address or payment method. I sent an email immediately and recieved a prompt response that there was nothing they can do to stop the shipment. I then found out that there is no returns for shipped product after the first order. This is a very shady business model and I will try to work with Paypal to reverse the charge. Buyer beware. Read the user agreement (who would do this for freakin' gummies?). By the way, all of this happened on Sunday at 7pm. Can't stop the shipment my @ss.

I saw Nütdrops on Instagram

I saw Nütdrops on Instagram. And decided to try them. They were offering a 1st time reduced price option for 1 bag. However, not even 2 weeks after my 1st order arrived I got an email stating that my second order was on the way and I have 60 minutes to go in and adjust my shipment date or order. I was not aware I had signed up for a subscription for gummies to be delivered monthly to me for twice the amount I paid for them. I tried to cancel my subscription and shipment. They said it was too late and I couldn't return the product also. So with email communication I was under the understanding that they had canceled my subscription that I didn't realize I had signed up for and I would no longer be getting the gummies. Then... literally 2 weeks later I wake up to an email stating my bag of gummies has been nearly shipped. Well you can imagine my suprise and frustration when I reach out to them and they say the same things to me all over again.

In my opinion... this is theft. I am not a fan of their business model with auto subscriptions and giving people 60 minutes notice to change, cancel or adjustment the order that is coming their way.

I am aware of auto subscriptions and also am quite savy going into websites and maneuvering my way around them. Their website it very minimal. I tried both times to go in and cancel my subscription when I found out I had one and when I found out that they hadn't canceled it when they said they had. And the cancel tab kept giving me the message try again.

Whether I like the gummies or not. Doesn't matter. I will find a product that works better with the client and the business not forcing subscriptions and sells on clients and withdrawing money out of their account without adequate notice and without really putting clients 1st.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Very difficult to cancel a subscription and no way to get your money back. They give no advanced notice to the shipment, making it even more frustrating.

I am drowinging in gummys with no way to unsubscribe

I actually liked these gummy's and started with a two bag order (subscription) to see if my boyfriend would like them. He did not.

First I tried to adjust my subscription to one bag a month, I could not. Meantime, I see that you can get them cheaper on Amazon, and as a prime member there is no shipping.

I have tried to quit this subscription MANY times, MANY ways over the past 4 months. Sent emails to them from their website portal, sent emails to them directly from my email, sent emails to them through the info on my apple/pay bill ... but they keep coming. I tried to log into their system as it instructs but when I sign in with my email (suspiciously) they say I have no account, and no subscription, even though they send a code to my cell phone so that I could log into my account (I didn't provide a cell phone number to log into my account).

Its too bad, now I just feel like the whole thing is a scam. The next email is to the Attorney General's office.

Beware! Expensive and Hard to Cancel.

These little gummy mushroom bears are tasty! However, they did nothing for me. On top of that, I somehow ended up with two subscriptions and it took me months to figure that out, and to figure out how to cancel them. I have now canceled both subscriptions, but there is no way to cancel a pending shipment that comes with a price tag of $176! I am disappointed and dissatisfied and do not recommend this product, nor this company.

This company does not have its customers interest in mind.

Not sure if the product works or not. It does not for me. I was set up for a auto replenishment which I did not want. Now I see a full price order in transit and it is virtually impossible to reach this company.

The return system will not recognize my order # and there are absolutely no phone numbers anywhere nor can I find the so-called "chat" option.

I would avoid this company like the plague.
