My mattress arrived when promised and there was no problem with ordering or delivery.

Can't say enough about this mattress!
I am fighting a bad case of sciatica and our current pillow top had to go! Fortunately we rented a house recently for my son's wedding, liked the mattress, and looked under the covers to see the brand. We were sold. Nuvanna!
We also have a four poster bed that sits high off the floor and I am very pleased to lose 6 inches of pillow top! My feet just about touch the floor now when getting out of bed. A big plus for me having found climbing up or down out of bed with back issues is not fun.
I am a side sleeper/back sleeper, and find this matress has just the right amount of firmness to softness for pressure point relief. My husband is a stomach sleeper and he also is happy. I have a new organic latex mattress at our summer home and find that one to be too hard.
I also like that I can lift the mattress to tuck my sheets in. Not too heavy, the foam makes a difference.
I am writing this review after 3 nights of sleep at home, and also 3 additional nights at the prior rental, and we are very happy we purchased. Just wanted to share! It took about 5 days to arrive.

We are so glad we chose Nuvanna. The entire experience was effortless. The website was easy to navigate. The mattress was delivered exactly when we were told it would be delivered and it was simple to open and set up. And most importantly, the mattress exceeded our expectations and immediately provided us (and continues to provide us) with wonderful sleep filled nights. We wake up refreshed. The motion control and cooling effect are superb. I no longer feel any movement or disruption when my wife rolls over or gets out of bed; and my body temperature stays consistent. It truly is an amazing mattress. I highly recommend to any one looking for a great night sleep.

We tested the Nuvanna mattress and it wasn't to our comfort so we sent an email to the company and all we got in reply is a computer reply that someone will contact us....that was 3 days ago !

My only request (and I have started asking ALL companies this)...please start thinking about how to either use less plastic or biodegradable wrapping in your packaging. Thanks!

Placed my order July 20th, got shipping confirmation that same day and told it would arrive July 26th. July 25th comes and goes there is no update to shipping or tracking. I emailed the company and they have never responded. One day past estimated original delivery date, I check tracking again and see if they have pushed estimated delivery date 6 days out and still have never heard from the company to my email
. Pretty poor customer service and not a great first impression after spending $850 on a mattress

As someone who spent his career (50 yrs) in the mattress industry, designing, manufacturing, marketing , and selling mattresses I was very hesitant to risk buying a mattress on line and especially in a “box”.
Circumstance forced me to make a decision of either sleeping on the floor (not an issue during my youth) or take a leap of faith ...... after all they promised it could returned if I was not happy. Well, for all you novices out there, take it from an “expert”, this mattress is not a mover’s mistake solver, it’s a sleep solution. Pound for pound, dollar for dollar a mattress worth every nickel and then some. Sleeps cooler than any mattress I’ve slept on (and that’s a lot) there’s no motion transfer, and conforms without that awkward feeling like you’re on the beach trying to get the sand to take the shape of your body. It’s truly amazing! I did the research on how it’s made and most importly what it’s made of. Nuvanna has made buying a mattress on line and delivering it in a box an art form. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I highly recommend this mattress from this company. They are the real deal!

This mattress is so comfortable. Just firm enough to feel supported but not too firm as to feel uncomfortable. My back pain has gone away and I wake up feeling refreshed instead of drained. Best purchase ever, will definitely be buying more in the future!

It was very easy to order. I had great help with understanding what I needed to order and things arrived in one weeks time. My body is still adjusting to a completely new type of mattress design but I am sleeping soundly through the night.

Love, love our new Nuvanna matress. My wife and I have always used traditional box spring mattresses and were looking for something different when we moved into our first house. We did some online shopping and made the choice to go with Nuvanna. We couldn't be happier. Both of us sleep better and wake up feeling more energized and rested.

Easy to deal with and all questions were answered fully. The delivery was on time and just as expected.
