Just as everyone been charged £9 for a service that I never subscribed to. I am shocked how the system in UK allows this fraud company to do this!!!

Why do I even have to give them one star? These people are human vermin. Screw the phone companies who all take a share of this theft.

Scammers - my mother got scammed. They said she clicked on a link and accepted terms but she doesn't even use the internet on her phone!

Refused to refund me. Cannot believe people are that desperate to have a job that they choose to work for this despicable company.

absolute scummy scammy company stealing my money. apparantly i signed up by 'clicking a link' whilst i was at work! have been taking money from me even though i dont know who they are, what service they offer and i havent received that service!

Just found out that I am being charged £3 per week for a service that I have never heard of, never signed up for and have absolutely no interest in. After talking to 3 who told me that there was nothing that they could do, and that I "Must have agreed to it by clicking on a box on a website" I refuse to communicate with nuyoo and any resulting charges from calling their website / calling their customer services, how can this be allowed, it's disgusting behaviour and unless my money is returned immediately, I shall go to great lengths to get this issue resolved. It's a scam, and the mobile phone operators should not allow it to happen, certainly should not allow it to continue (which they are) and should be held accountable for the lost funds.

Fraudulent scam operates by sending unsolicited texts to your mobile charging you £3 a time. We were spammed with 4 texts all at once. Have never even heard of this company much less signed up to it. Contacted Vodafone to stop but now need to contact them to organise refund! DESPICABLE CHEATS!

I got caught two weeks ago with £4.50 taken on 09APR and 16APR with another £4.50 expected to be extorted from me on 23APR (which they ain’t getting!). I always check my bill as soon as it arrives which is why only two payments were taken. I complained to O2 and they have now (supposedly) blocked all future payments billed to my number - let’s see. If it happens again, I’m terminating my current O2 contract (at least it’s monthly!) and getting a new one with a new number. Payments via bill will be disabled immediately along with a block on premium numbers/texts and international incoming calls. Also a £1 cap will be applied.

There are so many complaints about these fraudsters, but the authorities still allow them to operate. NEVER give your phone number to anybody you don’t trust!

Just been found out I have been charged by nuyoo for 3rd party services for last 2 months never even heard of nuyoo SCAM

Have been text by the company on the 1st of every month since April 2018. They have attempted to charge £3 per week for their service, when I attempted to cancel in 2018 I received a message requesting that my phone settings be changed. This I refused and contacted my phone supplier, Tesco Mobile. They quickly identified this as a scam and thankfully they put a £2.50 a month cap on my contract so nuyoo can never take the £3.00 per week!!.
Avoid this company and THANKYOU Tesco Mobile!

I'm responsible for the phone that my teenage daughter uses .
In January of 2018 she unknowingly pressed on something that caused my phone bill to be charged £3 per week that turned out to be this firm.
I suppose I'm to blame for not being more vigilant but I didn't discover that this was happening for one year.
Despite her being under the minimum age for subscription and being autistic they took ages to agree to refund me.
But I've only been offered half of the £165 that they took from me.
Of course the legal battle is just getting started but I'm dismayed how a firm can operate in this way.
Scandalous.

Subscribe you to something without permission, found £21 added to my bill. They have no information other than your phone number where they charge £3 per week. Admit to sending marketing texts and if you dont text STOP they keep on charging. I have never given them my number, the number in question was in a 4G router so unless that router subscribed it self to a fitness website its total Scam and they are no better than a hacker who takes money from you bank account. No reply on emails and have been promised a cheque refund that will be sent out first thing tomorrow 13/02/19. I will keep you all posted.........

Have been charged £6 a week for a service i never signed up for and do not want via Payforit . Absolutely unacceptable. Check your text messages and mobile bills.

Stole my money using my 3 phone contract via the payforit scheme. When challenged refused to refund then tried to haggle at 50% refund, until eventually refunding me in full.

Escalated to ombudsman who has confirmed they are now investigating them following other similar complaints.

Same as everyone else. Been scammed. I have no recollection of subscribing to their service but they have been taking £3 weekly. I only noticed by chance. It could have gone for weeks as I rarely check my phone bill.
In this day and age I find it appalling that such things can happen. Such company should be shut down. There is no other words for it: it's a FRAUD. They are stealing money from people.

you fake scammers!!! they charged from me £131 in 1 year.. I never ever give them my permission for this payment! they took my money every week but they never send me any email or any message for it.. you can ask me that how couldnt noticed that before ? because i have a child. she watches youtube i thought may be i was exceeding my data limit because amount was only 12 or 15 pound,,, but today when i was check it i was really disapointed...you're a thief and you're stealing people's money fraud. I will never let go of this business. I've already complained to the police.

I do not rate ZERO because it is not possible. This company is making a fraudulent use of the PAYFORIT service and scamming people like me by taking 3 pounds a week from my account through my mobile phone bill. I have just noticed it. I have never heard of this company until I found the charges in my phone bills, they sneak a few until now but not anymore. CHECK YOUR PHONE BILLS AND STAY AWAY OF THESE SCAMMERS.
