Order for my son’s birthday. Said shipping would take 6-12 days. It’s now been 50 days and they don’t reply to emails. Most of their reviews are bots. Complete scam.

Update to your reply: The address on the tracking is correct and does not say that it was returned to you all. Please provide a refund for the item that I never received.

I ordered a 3/4 size model by mistake on the 12th of November and contacted NX Models via email and their online portal on the 13th, I then received the Items dispatched email on the 15th. It is now the 17th and I have still not had a reply. I wish they checked my email before dispatching the order so I could have changed the size, now I will need to return the parcel and wait for a new order. They must have good automated systems as the confirmation of my order was prompt as was the dispatch email but they must not have many staff working the customer service side, or a system that flags my email to the warehouse staff packing my order so they could have replied to me at that point and amended my order.

Well, first my experience with NX was 5⭐️.
For my second, third, and fourth, 5⭐️.
NX is and remain the BEST!
Communication: faster than my own friends.
Unbeliveable this PRO A+ #1 company.
A little "oops" that was taken care of, in such a fast matter--> like PRO does.
I am overwhelmed by NX business, and recomend it.
As a mini non-firing gun collector, never, ever, ever, seen that quality.
Thank you NX, for bringing that joy to me.

Please, please, please, bring back 3/4 GLOCK

Great experience! The wait was my only hang up put it was well worth it. I got a 1/2 sliver Beretta and my first impressions of the presentation of not only a good case for it but a good quality model was very unexpected! Very fun desk toy to fiddle with and I love that it comes with 6 dummy rounds instead of 3 like goat guns that I’m used too… I cant wait to grow my collection of them, especially if they keep up the quality!

I’ve ordered a few mini guns from Nxmodels and I’m impressed.
The models look exactly like they do on YouTube, fully functional can strip them down to the smallest components,and come well packaged.
If you’re a firearm fan like I am they are definitely worth a shot.
Customers service is also great,any issues they will sort it.

So they story is. I Wait for 5 month. Then package missing because of delivery guy mistake. But..... supporting team of NX models continues replying my mails. We both figured where is package. Finally i have my package. Material is 100% good. Details are 100% perfect. Will order other products soo. Thanks for supporting team of Nx models.

Well same as everyone else. No customer service, getting ignored and takes way too long to get. I asked for my money back but they are ignoring me right now. Probably won’t get anything at this point.

My item took about 3 weeks to UK. The items in the box were all correct and lived up to the high quality I expected from their YouTube videos. Here's another happy customer!

The products they have are as described and feel good to the touch almost like the real thing just a size difference and there models so they don't fire I like them

Thought at first I was sceptical with Nx models I first ordered the silver p226 model I only had to wait no more than 3 weeks for it to come once it arrived I was super pleased it looked well put together and functioned like the real deal the fact it comes with bullets and their full metal is super cool aswell I can’t wait to buy the deagle next highly recommend guys

I placed an order with NX Models last December. After three months, I contacted them about the delivery status. they said they could deliver it before summer. As of today, I haven't received anything. I've emailed them several times about it and haven't been able to get in touch with them again. Furthermore, they didn't tell me anything about the status of the delivery, or when they'd have it back in stock. The website repeatedly stated they had it in stock, but unfortunately, no product. They also gave the excuse that it would be better to deliver the product later due to customs clearance to avoid any problems, which is completely absurd because it's just a toy. It seems like a mess, and I'm not happy about it. It seems more likely they're waiting until the expiration date to issue a credit card refund. So, keep in mind that if you order from them, you might end up going to the bank and not receiving the product.

I have ordered 3 models now from NX, all were of fantastic quality and detail. The only one I had issue with was the replica AK and it's not a issue with regards to NX or the staff if NX. I order the AK in December 2024, I received a email from NX stating that that particular model is high demand and their maybe customs delays. Fast forward 8 months and I received my AK model. During the 8 months the staff of NX kept in touch with me ,and gave me regular updates. Customer service was amazing and I cannot thank them enough. The length of time it took to receive the model was a long time yes, but! I wasn't in a rush and the communication between myself and NX was consistent. Overall exceptionally happy with the service I received and as compensation for the lateness of delivery I was offered a free model.

I ordered the berreta 92f three quarter size and it arrived in about a month besides for that it came intact and well packaged and it looked really realistic

Yup it's a SCAM

Ordered a beretta 6 months ago. Still has not been delivered. I contacted customer support and last i heard from them couple of months ago is that they haven't even yet shipped the product due to customs issues.
After that no more answers.

It's funny how they make bots to post 5 star reviews on Trustpilot and nobody cares...

UPDATE 6/19/25 I CANT GIVE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHEN THEY HAVE ONLY RESPONDED ONCE ARGUING WE NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH AND THEY MAY SHIP THE ITEM BUT ARE UNSURE IF THEY WILL OR NOT. WE FILED A DISPUTE OVER THE CHARGE BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT REFUNDING US AND THEY'RE BLAMING TARRIFS WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN MESSING PEOPLE OVER WAY BEFORE THE TARRIFS WERE A THING!! THEY ARE NOT WANTING TO GIVE OUR MONEY BACK AND MAKING EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. WE HAVE NO REFERENCE NUMBER AS THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ONE AND THEY'LL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOUR HONEST REVIEWS REMOVED. placed an order for $189 mind you this is my 12 year old son's money! It's been a month ago we placed the order and the shipment date has passed. We've reached out multiple times and gotten no response at all. We are now in the process of filing a dispute with the bank. I do not recommend making any purchases from their site and if I had seen all the negative reviews beforehand, we wouldn't have attempted to place an order.

Waited for 2 months with no updates. Emailed them and didn't hear anything. Finally issued a refund, but only after I filed a dispute with my bank. They deleted my comment on their YouTube video about my experience. Shady practice. Edit: I'm being forced to amend my review to refute the seller's reply. I received a total of 3 communications from the seller. The first being an order confirmation with no timeframe. The website did state up to 25 business days which I'll acknowledge. I emailed them when I noticed that timeframe had come and gone, waited A WEEK, and received no communication. The next email I received wasn't until another 3-4 days later advising me of my refund, but only after I had filed a dispute with my bank. They only other email I received was an apology email and that came only after I left a review of my experience, which came a day after my review (a stark contrast from having never received a reply requesting an order update). I've searched all my inboxes just in case I was mistaken, and I wasn't. Those are the only communications I received.

I ordered the M4, and first off it is amazing. It took a little bit to come, but that was because it had to cross the ocean. Their customer service is amazing as well, because I was taking it apart and the magazine release spring flew out and I lost it. I told him about it and they were able to send me a replacement lower, which was amazing. I cannot wait to shop here again, hopefully in the future. Overall, I would definitely give this the five stars and my experience has been great.
