Yulex Solu Wetsuit
Unable to leave review on wetsuit outlet UK, so putting one here.
Ordered the new Solu Yulex 2.0 on offer. Way cheaper than any other hooded suit, although would have preferred 5/4mm hooded, worth a try.
The Yulex 2.0 isn't as warm as expected, but as a 6/5/4, plenty warm enough. It's equivalent to a Hyper freak 5/4. Worth the extra thickness for the eco credentials of Yulex in my opinion!
Over all impressed with how little water got through the suit. I did find some flushing through the zipper, nothing major though.
Fit wise, I ordered a MT at 6'2 and 75 kg. A bit loose on the ankles for me and loose around the stomach, but upper body was a great fit. I generally only seem to fit Alder/O'Neil suits (small waist).
Surfed in windy 3 °C air temps in cold UK river mouth water (South Coast break) for 2 hours and was fine with no gloves as the rest of my body was warm enough.
Bar the minor flushing and my weird body shape, I am very happy with the suit.
Very impressed with the Yulex flexibility (on par with my Hyper freak almost) out of the box after hearing about the first version of Yulex material being stiff.
Great value and happy to buy from a UK based company.

great suit
Hi
I tried the wetsuit twice now and it's very warm and snug. Delivery and overall experience was good. My only snag was that the suit is made in China which adds to the carbon footprint of the product when transporting to the UK. Having said this I appreciate that this company is trying to use alternative materials that are cleaner and have a lesser impact on the environment. Otherwise I love the new wetsuit.

The wrong size was sent. Ordered a L but received an XL.
As it was needed in a hurry I had to accept it.

Light, soft and super tough
I am hypersensitive and have ordered and returned a lot of changing robes this year! Too heavy, too rustley, too bulky. I tried to like every one of them but knew I wouldn't use them. Then I researched a bit and liked the sound of Nyord's robes. Mine arrived today and I LOVE IT! its lightweight but tough, has the softest warm lining and warm pockets, gorgeous shape, perfect hood and I know I will wear it for swimming and walks for years to come. Thank you Nyord and whoever designed this. Its what I was wishing for.

Very fast delivery, light, warm suit, perhaps a little rigid or tight for paddling and neck, but after using it 3 times it is very good, good purchase, I recommend it
