I love the products
I love the products, have been using Nyrah for a year now and can really see the improvement in my skin.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery could be really improved on.

Kudos to Nyrah Luminia Shield SPF 50
I recently switched my sun protection and have been using Nyrah Luminia Shield SPF 50 for the past month. I can genuinely say I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my skin quality.
The first thing I appreciated is how gentle it feels on my skin. As someone who rarely changes skincare products, I was initially cautious, but I’m happy to say I experienced no irritation or adverse reactions at all. It blends smoothly and feels very comfortable for daily use.
Over time, my skin has felt calmer, more balanced, and healthier overall, which has been a pleasant surprise.
I would like to sincerely thank Nyra for creating such a thoughtful and effective product. It’s not easy to find a sunscreen that is both high-performing and skin-friendly.
Kudos to the team for delivering such a great product!

Hi Sarah, We wouldn't agree as you had many response's from what I see and looks like you were in conversation and there were 5 occasions of a communication which you were constantly brought up to speed and advised there was a delay.
Delays do happen and we are not amazon. 😊
But I hear your frustration and Like you we are similarly frustrated as we want to do the best for everyone.

Some sample pots were a quarter full when received so literally got 3 days out of the full treatment.
Can't rate the skincare as 3 days is not enough.

Hi Sinead, Our bottles are automatically filled with a filling machine, it is calibrated to fill to correct size, i wonder was there an issue with your package in transit. One of our team will reach out and send on a replacement. thanks for the feedback, it shouldn't and doesn't normally happen. Normally, and its different for all the products but people get 5-10 days out of it. Aiden 🙏
