Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic, I tried to place on order but kept being bounced back to the process order page after a couple of time of trying I gave up thinking maybe there was an issue with the website, next morning I tried again and everything went through perfectly got my confirmation email happy days, until I checked my bank and realised the ones I tried to order from the day before had been deducted from my account, I contacted Nzo via email and explained the situation, they were fantastic the other orders were cancelled and I received a full refund on the same day I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

Great customer service. They responded quickly to my doubts. It was easy to place an order and the order was delivered the next day.
I pointed out some defects with my device and it was instantly replaced!

I have tried many systems but this one came out on top. It's a good amount of vape but not too much and not harsh. I love the Blackcurrant Lemonade flavour liquid. Prices are competitive and delivery was fast. Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

I ordered 2 packs of vape but only received 1pack. Emailed them no reply message then no reply. Rang them said they would ring back no call back. Went on chat to them asked my Order number Witch I sent never heard another thing from them. Very poor service.

I have managed to dramatically cut down on my cigarettes by replacing them with this vape it is great design compact no messing with filling up pods switch to a new pod wherever whenever it is so simple

The pods and battery were excellent.
I brought two batteries so one was on charge while using the other.
The self filled pods are inspired and I can use my favourite menthol.

Giving up smoking cigarette’s and couldnt find a vape that gave me the same inhale throat hit as cigarettes until i purchased nzo in my local sainsburys 4 days ago….absolutely loving it and pod hasnt run out yet either ….nice!!!

You're age verification is extremely unhelpful and time consuming. When trying to input postcode the screen enlarges too much and you can't see what you are typing
It has put me off re-ordering from you
Other sites do not require facial recognition. Can I suggest you remove this requirement and you will regain my orders
