We’re a long time loyalty member
We’re a long time loyalty member. Each time we park the shuttle is immediately available. On return the driver delivers our baggage by the car. Even scraped snow and ice off once!

Things went like clockwork except my early 4:30 a.m. valet parking car drop-off meant the valet driver was fuzzy and forgot to record my reservation number, leading to a HUGE bill for my stay. One call to OhPark when I saw my receipt and things were fixed to reflect my quoted rate. So, I'm a happy camper, but it really pays to watch your receipt to be sure you are charged the rate you thought you should be. - jeri

Have been a long time customer but will say the past two times I've had to wait a lot longer than previous occasions for a shuttle driver when picking him up at your terminal.

The busses to pick up are terribly slow. The self park option has killed your valet service. I am a long time customer who is now going to use a car service instead of parking with you.

This place was referred to me by friends who have used it frequently. I was very pleased with my experience. The driver that took me to the airport was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with him on the ride. I would recommend this place to anyone!
