So happy to have found this company. If you’re looking for really well made boots and sandals you can’t go wrong. I bought a pair of western style boots perfect for skirts and jeans and some sandals which were so comfy I couldn’t resist another pair! The sizing was spot on and I knew I wasn’t going to have to be careful to ‘wear them in’ before a night out.
I hope they manage to keep their pricing as competitive, in which case they will remain my first port of call when I need new footwear.
Returns are dealt with quickly and efficiently with excellent communication throughout and speedy remuneration. Top customer service.

The order was sent out very quickly. The boots are well made and comfortable and good quality. I am a UK size 8 and this is usually EU42 in reality, and based on another review I sized up to the 9 and it fits perfectly! I will be buying from Oak and Hyde again!

I recently bought some barefoot trainers for my sister, when they arrived I tried them on but would have needed to go up a size for her. Instead, because they were so beautiful, I decided to keep them for myself! In the meantime, she had seen some boots for wider calfs, so I bought them for her instead (a size up as their footwear seems to be smaller fitting)! She doesn't know yet, but she will be really happy. I recommend this company because they sell top quality leather footwear and a very good price. Their customer services is sincere and a real person on the phone! A week before I'd had to return a different pair of boots that were a little smaller than my usual size 38, and they sent a bigger size within a week. Very efficient, helpful and pleasant.

I ordered the Kensington Chelsea boots. These are the most comfortable heeled boots I have ever owned. The quality is excellent, I have worn them constantly since purchasing March 2025 and they are still in great shape. I would highly recommend.

I wanted a chunky well made , durable , pair of boots for casual wear during the autumn and winter. The boots are perfect but do come up on the smaller side . I take an 8 and ordered an 8 but came as a euro 41 . I would normally go for a 42 . I will deffo get more but next time will order the 9 so I can get socks on too.
They arrived in reasonable time in sturdy packaging. Yes I would defo recommend !!

Happy with the purchase/delivery/return process and one pair of boots. The second pair of boots had wrinkled leather around the top - I was only planning on keeping one pair so it helped me make the final decision though. I’m really happy with the pair I’ve kept. So only a 3 star because of the quality of one pair. If I’d only ordered the pair that I’ve kept the review would be 5 star.

The Oak & Hyde website was straightforward to use, with clear navigation, good product photos, and accurate sizing information. Ordering was simple and the process smooth.

The boots themselves are excellent. They look great, feel comfortable, and the leather has a rich smell straight out of the box. After wearing them for two weeks, they’ve quickly become my favourite pair. At this price point, the quality feels very good, and provided they last well, I don’t see myself buying anything else.

I really hope Oak & Hyde release more Men's country or robust walking boots in the near future, as I’d be keen to add those to my collection.

Great boots and quick delivery.

Service itself was excellent and the boots were of very good quality. However I couldnt get my feet into them and found too narrow for my broad feet so sadly I had to return them. Returns process was easy amd refund was prompt
