OAK AT HOME Avis

The product is top quality. Very prompt delivery.

I bought an amazing oak post with quotes i had chosen on each of the sides. Communication throughout has been excellent. Delivery was quick. And the post is a thing of real beauty. It looks beautiful.

Lovely, quality product, with great communication beforehand and quick delivery

What an amazing garden swing , yes it is expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. The quality of workmanship is stunning both on the seat and the jointing of the rope. The engraving that can be included is a lovely touch . I hope my grandchildren have many happy times and memories from using this.

Very helpful.
Great quality.

great rope swing, lovely qualty. fast dispatch..

Ordered my items 9 days ago & as yet have had no communication, updates etc. The tracking number provided does not work. The SHOP site is apparently waiting for updates from the supplier & from the suppliers website there is nothing but confusing information as to where my parcel is or who actually has it! Tried ringing the company. It went through on an International number (not Leicester as the website states) & I have been cut off intentionally twice. Choose to fill in the online "contact us" section of the website, no updates on there either. I have now resorted to emailing them direct. Not great for a Company promoting themselves on social media. Let's see what happens!

We were very pleased to have found such a fantastic site with exactly what we were looking for in a swing and even more delighted when it arrived. A beautiful piece of oak and lovely quality rope made it a very special gift in our garden.
