Worse than payday lenders but try to…
Worse than payday lenders but try to convince the outside world they aren't. Paid this loan off after barely 20% of my contract and yet still applied over 50% of the credit hiding under terms that its heavily loaded in the initial months? Absolute parasites. Oh and they incorrectly applied another customers loan payment to my loan which will be reported to the FCA so if you use this company plz check all your payments have been applied correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you dont want financially raped with payday lender interest rates.

Please carefully consider your options before using this company.
All the reviews of the process being “easy” “fast” “straightforward” are strange, especially as they are all 1 line reviews with no substance or context.
Having been approved for a loan, satisfying all of their criteria, I was told their review time was 4 working days - no explanation of what needed to be reviewed as the loan was already approved and I was informed they would notify me when funds were sent.
4 days later, a strange phone call asking why I decided to use them as there were cheaper options on the market - I explained it was based on the reviews and the easy pre-approval process to ensure acceptance without lots of hard searches on my credit file.
10 minutes after that call, an already approved loan was then rejected, for no genuine reason.
I don’t intend to take this any further but I do want to warn other potential customers that the advertised and reviewed process is not at all what is on offer (they will still leave a hard search btw making any other option more difficult after you have applied with them).
RESPONSE
In response to your reply, as mentioned in my review, I do not intend to take it further and for you to investigate. I have since taken a loan elsewhere.
The purpose of my review was to warn other customers about your practices and procedures, not to have any further dealings with you.
