Hi yes ordering was all good but delivery was not good promised on certain date but then cancelled because of shorted of drivers I emailed tom several times and ws told delivery would be a week later I had paid deposit to get fence done had to cancell at time .now wsa told yesterday that delivery would be as scheduled today but no time given???so not very happy with service very upset and had asked for some compensation ????Just had delivery and part of order missing phoned oakdale he said they can deliver next week no good to me as doing work 11th April and had phone put down on me and didn't give an option not happy at all 😡😡😡 08/04 / 2026

After strong winds I needed 3 fence panels to stop my large dog going into next doors garden. When I put in my order I put a message to explain the situation, expecting the delivery would still be at least a couple of days. But I received it in under 3 hours, absolutely fantastic service and good quality fencing.

Great product, competitively priced with a 1st class delivery Service. Massive shout out to the delivery driver who has worked for the company for more than 30 years. He was brilliant and is a huge asset to the company.

Have used Oakdale for many years now. Compared to other suppliers, they are always the best price. Ordered on a Sunday, my delivery was made on the following Tuesday! Cant get any quicker than that. the delivery driver was really nice as well! Friendly and professional. Well done Oakdale!

I’ve had fence panels and gravel boards a couple of times from Oakdale and the quality has been excellent. Delivery is fairly quick and most importantly, on time. Just be sure to put your finish colour in the comments box before placing your order

Excellent fence panels. Very sturdy

The privacy trellis panels themselves were in pretty good condition, save for a few staples out of position that needed closing to avoid sharp points, or ones that had been left standing proud removing. One panel had what looked to be slight crushing of the frame, probably caused in transit.
There was no notification that delivery was coming, so it was fortunate we were at home when the lorry turned up within the expected 3-5 day window.
Generally the products we’ve ordered from Oakdale in the past have been fine, just a shame we couldn’t order all together to save paying for multiple delivery charges which are quite high.
