Oak Furnitureland USA Avis 

My first order was a great experience. The second order has been a huge disappointment. I ordered nightstands on October 8th that were supposed to be here within two weeks. I could see where the tables were sent approximately one week after order. I keep calling and no one would call me back. Someone finally called me back and said it would be at least another week. I have no comfort level that they will EVER be delivered.

I am pleased with the Sideboard we purchased. I have never ordered from this place before this transaction so I was not sure what to expect. The delivery service was prompt and efficient and the folks at the Distribution Center were fantastic. They texted me immediately when I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place. The quality of the product is respectable.

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Cooperative and helpful agent who took care of the sales tax issue (we are a tax exempt organization) promptly. The delivery was delayed for a week due to the carrier not following the procedure as defined, otherwise 5 stars.

We love the small hutch we purchased from Oakfurnitureland, so much so we just purchased another larger one. They are beautifully designed and enhance the decor. The only problem with the first one is that it took so long to be delivered...it came from oversees. We decided to purchase another when we saw that it would be delivered in two weeks. We have not received it yet, but should very soon...fingers crossed!

I was searching for an armoire or wardrobe and stumble onto Oakfurnitureland. I was skeptical at first because the wardrobe is a big and expensive piece of furniture and I've never bought furniture on-line. I called to talk to a rep at the company and asked all sorts of questions about the product, delivery and return policy and was happy to have all my questions answered. After finally deciding the style and size I went ahead and put the order through. Ordering was very easy, I opted to call in the order and was abler to work with the same rep that I previously talked to, hence no outsourced customer service, very nice!The delivery was prompt. The only problem I had was that when ordering I had paid extra to have the piece assembled in the room and at delivery the drivers brought the very large and heavy wardrobe, in three pieces, boxed, to the room where it was supposed to be set up and said they had no instructions on setting it up. I promptly called customer service and they refunded me the charge and offered to get someone to the house to set it up. so in the long run it worked out.
I was happy with the piece, the quality is satisfactory. True to their ads and as described and the experience in all was favorable.

The product is very nice, just what I wanted!! But the delivery was terrible, was suppose to bring the TV stand in an set it up and take away the packaging, But instead they just brought it in and left it in the middle of the room upside down and left without doing ant thing, We are senior citizens and were unable to open it up and turn it over , had to call my son to help, I wasn't here had a DR's appointment so they just left it with my husband who has some dementia. I was not a happy person when I came home. the only good thing about the delivery was that they were on time that they said they would be here. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the dresser I bought. It’s beautiful and is exactly what I wanted.

Luke was incredibly patient and pleasant to me. I needed inside cabinet measurements, as my room that the 2 servers will be in is small in comparison to the amount of stuff I have to store! He was very accommodating to my request for a specific delay of delivery, so he noted my request on the order (I needed to delay delivery from your promised 3-weeks to 4 or even 5 weeks. I also understand they are to contact me when the items are in the warehouse here in NJ/USA to set up delivery for me, and that the items can be un-crated before the delivery folks leave just in case a possible damaged item is delivered).
His tone, manner and enthusiasm for the company he works for came through loud & clear during our conversation -- in short, he made me feel secure in this purchase, especially when talking to someone 'across the pond' in placing my order!
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: LUKE IS A "KEEPER" !!!!

Ordered stackable tables and they are great. Good furniture, strong and looks good. That is why I came back and ordered a desk. Yes I would recommend this furniture.

Beautiful, quality furniture. Professional delivery and set-up. Wildly inaccurate time estimates on fulfillment of the order. First it was going to be within 2 weeks, then (after we paid) it was going to be 10-12 weeks!!! Then it was actually 5 weeks. I would have appreciated more accuracy in these estimates. That said, I will purchase more furniture from Oakfurnitureland in the future.

Delivery of my first order took a bit longer than anticipated, however the timeliness of the local delivery and quality of the product were worth the wait. We are so pleased with the product quality and beauty of the wood finish that I’ve just ordered a matching TV stand.
