Oakwood Property Services Ltd is a long-established property maintenance and home improvement company based in Camberley, serving Surrey and the surrounding areas.

For over 21 years, we have helped homeowners, landlords, managing agents and private clients look after, improve and upgrade their properties. Our work covers decorating, plumbing, electrical work, gas, heating, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, general household maintenance, custom furniture, garden buildings and wider property improvement projects.

We are not a “cheap handyman” service. Oakwood is built around skilled workmanship, reliable communication, tidy working practices and a professional finish. Our engineers are multi-skilled, polite, friendly and experienced, and our blue signwritten vans are a familiar sight across Surrey, including prestigious areas such as Virginia Water, Wentworth and the surrounding private estates.

Many of our clients return to us year after year because they value having one dependable company they can trust to handle almost everything around the home. Whether it is a small repair, a full bathroom refurbishment, a kitchen installation, a decorating project or ongoing maintenance for a managed property, we aim to make the process straightforward, well organised and properly finished.

Gutter cleaning and sorting

Needed our guttering cleared out and sorting on our new property. Donal arrived and assessed what was needed for the job, very courteous, pleasant and professional and even removed an old flood light that was attached to the back of the house as it was no longer working. After the job was completed, he had explained what he had done and ensured that we would no longer have any issues.

Throughout the process from booking in the job through to payment, communication was clear, concise and professional. I would highly recommend Oakwood and not hesitate to use them in future at my property!

Replacement Shower and cold water tank cleaning

I was a bit shocked at the speed they requested money, invoiced then next day the payment. However once I got that sorted I was very pleased with the efficiency of the ordering process and the timing of the job
The men who did the work were scrupulously about keeping my carpets clean it rained the day they came. They worked in a clean and efficient manner throughout the job and left the bathroom clean and tidy having made good the tiling
All rubbish was removed

Always excellent.

This is not the first time that we have used Oakwood. Their staff always turn up on time and are friendly and informative. The standard of their work is excellent. We have used Oakwood for many different types of jobs including interior and exterior decoration, door hanging, laying floors, electrical work and plastering.
