Considering I had no idea what I was letting myself in for and that I was communicating from the other side of the world ( NZ) it was a very good and thorough experience. Rajan was very friendly, polite and helpful and helped me navigate through the first steps of my claim.

Initial information given in a straightforward and clear way with all questions answered so that I knew what to expect and what was possible right from the start. Progress seen very quickly and although early stages at the moment I am very pleased with Oakwood solicitors so far.

Second time using Oakwood solicitors and both times they have been fantastic getting my claims settled.
