I've been ordering from them for 3 years now. I love the variety and they've been my breakfast 6 out of 7 mornings. Great company to deal with, great online community on Facebook. Twice I had an order that got delayed and they immediately shipped out another order at no charge - shipping delays happen - and then told me to keep the original order. I've changed flavors frequently, moved my order up or down, etc. and not for a moment have I been unhappy with them. I plan on being a loyal customer for many more years.

This is a shady business that doesn't allow their users to cancel. On mobile. There's no option to cancel and on desktop when you click to cancel, they give you a chance to change your mind a few times and then the cancellation button throws an error. Buyer beware, do not order anything from shady business. They are crooks.

I ordered 32 on my first order and got 31 packs. You shorted me 1 banana bread. No one has responded at all to multiple attempts to get this resolved and I get my 4th packet and what I paid for. Can someone please respond and let me know that you will be sending me my 4th banana bread packet

Whatever happened to ordinary oats? Skip the money-making gimmicks, artificial flavors, and “quick-fix” packets. Buy original steel-cut oats and enjoy real, wholesome food—not a sugary shake pretending to be breakfast. Convenience is tempting, but clever marketing can’t replace good nutrition. Read the ingredients, question the hype, and choose real food whenever you can.

Yes, they're smooth and creamy and flavorful, but in reality, they're just another gliztzy, trendy, gen-z, product-du-jour that offers virtually none of the digestive and gastrointestinal benefits of natural oats. Not even close. If so-inclined, just go get yourself a conventional smoothy.

when i looked into this product they somehow took my email and started to spam me with no other interaction other than look at the website. they are a scam and i would feel that their product (if they actually sell anything) is as garbage as the way they do business. STAY AWAY!!!!! FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!

Absolutely love Oats Overnight, fix it at night and its ready to go in the morning easy peasy!! I love oatmeal but morning is so busy so this makes it so convenient to eat and go!! Plus gives protein and is filling. My Absolute favorite, love all the flavors so far! Thank you so much!!

I love these oats, but gonna have to buy from Sam’s Club. It is clear that the company needs to work on their shipping and distribution, I ordered the 16 pack of Oats and added the 16 pack of 10 gram protein pack. My order finally came in after around 8-9 days, and lo and behold it is missing the 10 gram protein packs, it only came with one, a sample that they included. I contacted the company and now have to wait on them to ship me the 16 pack, I bought these for the sole purpose of adding to my oats for additional protein, so now my oatmeal is going to have to sit around unused until I get these packs in as im not gonna use my oatmeal and then have the packs come in later for no reason. I think these oats are delicious, convenient, but not ordering directly thru them.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! I placed one order in which I paid for and received. However, the company continues to try and charge my credit card over and over again for items I never ordered so I have to continually send them emails stating I never placed any follow up orders with them. It’s a scam company who will cause you a lot of headaches and problems. Stay far away from them!

I used to order from them quite often when they first started and it was great but customer service has gone in the toilet. It makes me wonder who is reading the emails I send on their end. Reading comprehension is lost on them. It's been a week of going back and forth with them and I can't get a straight answer. I'm done!

If there was a .5 star it would be that for me. I ordered a 32 pack with a variety of flavors to see what I liked. Every flavor I tried (4 before I gave it all away)was way too sweet. It’s like they made them for kids who are used to fruit loops or lucky charms. Bleck! Not to mention texture was NOT good. But the KICKER, for me, was the THIRTY EMAILS that they sent me within a week or so! It was worse than breaking up with a clingy bf turned stalker! Then canceling my subscription was a pain for a non- tech oriented person.

Dislike: too sweet, prefer to eat rather than drink oatmeal
Like: nice shaker, and having a cupboard full of food options, good for younger people not watching their sugars.
Someone else said it was impossible to cancel, but I just cancelled easily at the website, going into the account.
What I'm doing with the rest is dividing them into smaller portions to dilute the sweetness, adding more oatmeal & milk, serving with nuts and a bit of fresh fruit

Got at Target. Overpriced, chalky, and too much added sugar. Making my own oatmeal is healthier and tastes better.

My experience with Oats Overnight was overall very positive. I reached out to customer service a couple of times with different questions and received prompt, detailed, and very friendly/respectful replies.

I am a picky eater, especially when it comes to things with protein powders, and when I received my first order and tried my first flavor, I did not like it at all; I also did not like the second one I tried at all (although the second one was a flavor I had been skeptical I would like from the beginning due to having banana but I wanted to give it a try). I emailed them asking for a refund (as they stated they guarantee a refund for what I had ordered, and you can keep the oats that you already ordered), and I very quickly received my refund and a friendly email back.

After that, I did try the other oats as I didn't want to waste them (the alternative was obviously to find someone else I knew who would take them), and actually liked them much more- including when I retried one of the flavors I had originally thought was very unappetizing. For whatever reason, it grew on me a lot, and I have actually enjoyed the other flavors at least somewhat (which is good coming from a picky eater who sometimes finds protein powder products so disgusting to the point of throwing up). Thus, I will consider reordering from this company in the future.

It's not the cheapest oatmeal you can get (even considering the added protein and other healthy ingredients, you can potentially make something similar homemade for less money), but it's so much more convenient and quick for people who need something healthy you might be able to drink at work/on the go with essentially no prep time.

They advertise “FAST SHIPPING,” when in reality, they use the CHEAPEST USPS delivery method, which takes nearly TWO WEEKS to ARRIVE!!!

Never received my order. I think lost in transport I've tried contacting them with no luck. I've emailed them 3 or 4 times. All I get is the automated response but nothing else. DO NOT PURCHASE.

They started picking my flavors for me and seemed to be the least ordered flavors. I had an abundance of boxes of oats and attempted to cancel my membership. They kept charging me and kept sending boxes even after many attempts to cancel my subscription and emailing them directly to cancel. I had to call my bank to get them to block oats overnight from charging me. Don’t recommend.
