I ordered the fairy kit ,it took 4 weeks to arrive and is nothing like what was advertised, I cannot even contact them emails will not send ,absolutely disgusting,

Disappointed waste of money- I ordered a croquet bag not what is advertised on your website ( this is machine made) sent email to complain and receive a reply apologies and would send a replacement ( did send them a picture of what is on there website and what I received- the replacement arrived today no better same as before- don't waste your money - sell what you advertised

Rubbish, bag arrived but no flower or tassle attachment, so looked very cheap, and the metal clasps showing too much. I asked them to send the attachments but they can’t, and I can’t send it back as it’s in china….its a massive scam, do NOT buy

After finally receiving my item (four weeks) and repeatedly chasing the bag finally arrived. It was for my grown up daughters birthday.

The bag was supposed to be a hand crocheted bucket bag.

What came was absolutely nothing as described or illustrated online.
Not only was it machine made it was oblong. The fastening was placed in the wrong directions. Absolutely terribly made.
Not cheap either.
I emailed and emailed and emailed. To be offered 10% of my money back and keep the defected item!! Then 20% and keep the defective item. Then if I pay for the return and I haven't opened the inside packaging and it's resaleable then I could have a refund. Absolutely disgusting service. Hence to say an absolute scam. I wouldn't even give it to charity!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered the ‘Handmade Crochet Bag’ and when it was delivered it was absolutely nothing like the picture on the website! I emailed for a refund and they have categorically told me there is nothing wrong with the product I received and that if I was to return it, the cost to me would be $20 or alternatively they told me to keep it and give it to someone in need!!!! I saw this advert via Facebook, but I know if they are contacted they will not do anything about these awful scammers!! Whatever you do, tell everyone not to buy anything from these dishonest people!

The picture is clearly of a product made by another company which they have copied badly. The bag is nothing like the quality indicated, there is no badge just a cheap clasp and the strap and bag are not anything like the quality or thickness of the bag shown. A complete ripoff and when emailed to complained, have made it so onerous that you will get nowhere. Their guarantee of 30 days is worthless. Do not buy

This is a very dishonest company. The product I purchased bore no resemblance to what I purchased and the best they could offer was 15% refund. When I replied to say I'd accept it because they'd completely ignored the fact that it was in fact not even the right original product, I then got an error message wouldn't send response

Ordered a tote bag which was pictured lovely, when it arrived it was in tiny packaging so the bag was all screwed up and creased. It was in pieces, you put it together yourself. The stud fastener didn’t work and a metal name tag was missing. I emailed them about returning and they haven’t replied. 😡

The product was tiny compared to the advert. Extremely disappointed. They were bought for special birthday presents. They will be returned.

Just received my order of three pairs of reading glasses. They are nothing like the advertisement, very small and colourless. The ones in the picture looked big and bold and the colours really stood out. Please check reviews first which is something I forgot to do.

This is a scam. Please don’t order from this company. They are rubbish. Ordered 2 bags, one of which was a birthday present. Have now read the reviews and have made a massive mistake. Buyer beware. £44.00 spent. Why do they get away with it. FB has a lot to answer for. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Would report to the police😡

Scam business! I ordered three pairs of glasses and waited weeks for them. When they arrived they were no use to me as the lenses were so thick I couldn’t see anything! I asked to return for refund. This company presents itself as in USA but product comes from China. I would have to pay the return to China then maybe, just maybe if the sky was red and the moon was blue they might refund me for the glasses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I am still awaiting a dress i ordered fed up with being scammed by american companies excuse oh it is on its way i asked for money back now no answer

Ordered an owl and a cow calendar from them, definitely not as advertised and shouldn't be allowed to keep going with the clear scams, selling AI images depicting things that definitely aren't real.

I ordered a Mustang Whiskey glass ornament thing. It's absolutely brilliant. Love it. Lots of negative comments here, but I can honestly say I'm really pleased. Took a while to get to me but worth the wait. Communications were very good also. Excellent and Impressed.

ordered a Harley filled with Jack Daniel’s motorbike 5 weeks ago, received it this morning the motorbike not a bit like the one I ordered very clumsy looking no mention of it being a Harley Davidson and no sign of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey was completely empty it disgusting these on line companies can con you it was for a friend for a Christmas present but it’s too awful to give anyone very disappointed with it.

I always buy my 2 grandsons chocolate advent calendars £2.99 saw the Harley Davison advent calendars so used all my money to treat them for being good buy 2 can't get one without the other then I only received one I ordered 2 paid for 2 so keep sending them emailed but no answer and not sent the 2nd calendar they not sent I need it now so both boys have the calendar or there be trouble at home on 1st Dec and I can't afford to buy another when I already paid I just want them to give me what I paid for I can't have one disappointed grandson with special needs

I received an order that was broken. After sending photos of the broken parts they then said they couldn’t match my Oder number with my e-mail address

They also take a very long time to reply to a message
I would not order from them again. Terrible company

SCAMMERS!!! Do not use this site. Ordered a crochet advent calander at twice the price of amazon and what arrived was tiny bits of plastic and for their customer service to tell me it’s my issue and pass it to someone who would appreciate it! Do not buy from them.
