Absolutely shambles of a company. Manager is so rude and doesn’t pay invoices from October 2021!!! Poor workers forget to put you on hold so you hear the whole conversation of bad mouthing and then panics and puts phone down. Avoid at all costs - this company will soon go bust.
Great communication
Great communication from head office (becca) and really friendly staff. Engineers were round quickly when our heating broke and were helpful in getting us back up and running even though our letting agent was delaying the process. Engineer who came (Pawel) round was friendly, informative, and efficient with the work.

Obre work was to a poor standard
Obre work was to a poor standard, they kept promising to complete the work to an acceptable standard, but still no better. We had to get a new contractor to complete the work and we found the shower was leaking, not mounted to floor correctly, the black mould was left untreated (this is a H&S issue) and corrosion was left untreated. Lots more to complain about, but I have had enough. My advice do some duediligence first on companies house and you will find the web site does not reflect the company registration details.
The comments from Obre are totally untrue and made up and we have again reported the matter to our managing agent.
I have never worked for Obre or sort damages for unfair dismissal from Obre.

I called Obre and spoke to Jess as I needed to have my garden tidied up as it was really overgrown and some of the patio was damaged. The Obre guys cut everything back, put down some new turf and replaced the patio with some great looking decking. I was really impressed with the service on the phone and with the guys that did the work (I think it was Darren) as they took away all the rubbish and cleaned up after themselves.

This was my first experience using Obre…
This was my first experience using Obre and I am very pleased with the outcome. The service they delivered was done as quick as possible and efficiently. I had been having issues with my hot water failing to run and they were able to sort it out in a short period of time and I finally have hot running water, so thank you for your service. Would definitely recommend.

Fitting new flat intercom unit
The engineer was very polite, wore a mask at all times and tidied up well after himself. He tested the phone he was fitting thoroughly and did a good job of filling in the wall gaps left from removing the old unit. Overall very pleased!
