Les contratamos para desarrollar una plataforma de publicación digital que no se ha completado después de un año. Octal IT Solution no ha entregado la plataforma, una experiencia negativa y problemas de todo tipo. El equipo ha omitido y reducido requisitos sin un proceso claro de control de cambios, han cambiado el srs a su conveniencia, han tratado las funcionalidades como trabajo adicional y hemos tenido que pagar sobrecostes. Solicitamos una lista de verificación para cerrar objetivamente el proyecto, pero se negaron a completarla o responder punto por punto, han cobrado el 90% de las facturas y ni nos dan el codigo, ni terminan el trabajo contratado hasta que no les paguemos nuevamente. Una mala experiencia que no recomiendo a ninguna empresa
