SCAMMER COMPANY!!!
If I could rate this a zero star I absolutely would...this company is unprofessional rude and refuses to take responsibility for their actions...constantly trying to pass the buck by blaming the team of workers they had previous to this office staff, well heres the long story short these people literally broke a lot of my shit while moving it, it took them 2 months to deliver it, and they owe me 1800 dollars as a settlement which I have a signed contract for and they are now in breach of, I supposedly hired a professional moving company and ended up with unlicensed jackasses literally self proclaimed hired off spokane Craigslist, my items were left not put together as I was assured they would be and damaged..these people are rip off artists in the worst kind of way, Robert supposedly a manager, apparantly doesnt exist and neither does mike howard supposedly another manager i have emails from both of these people with their names on them but yet when i ask for them on the phone(when they answer, which is next to never) they have no idea who they are, they supposedly take messages from.me when I call but have yet to hear anything back, I will be taking them to court and suing all of the people associated with this move at this company. Theyre the most horrible company ever in the existence of any company ever!!!!!! DONT WASTE UR TIME, SANITY, POSESSIONS, OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM ASS COMPANY!! LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE BETTER!! They are in full breach of contract and trying to duck and dodge whats coming, if I get my way they will be out of business so they cant do this to anyone else, I am also filing complaints with the FTC and the BBB. I have been dealing woth this since the beginning of February 2025 when I hired the company through a broker for movers called top tier movers...they were a nasty not helpful bunch as well...this experience is still ongoing currently.
