We’ve reviewed your case several times and have already explained everything to you in detail by email.

Your account was permanently closed only after multiple official warnings for repeated violations of our Terms of Service — including third-party payments, opposite betting, and attempts to withdraw without meeting wagering conditions.

We always try to resolve such cases without blocking accounts, but repeated violations left us no choice.
