The first time we used ODR was when we bought a very expensive cedar wood summerhouse.
The care and expertise when siting and erecting the summerhouse was first class.
This time we needed the summerhouse to have the special oil to be applied and asked Niall if it was the sort of job they could do.
They came and gave the summerhouse two coats of Osmo, the special oil, and the result was truly amazing.
The summerhouse looks like new and there were no marks on the glass which we got when another company did our old summerhouse.

If we could award 10 stars to ODR, we most certainly would. This company excels in every aspect, from supply, to fitting (a side gate, which was not the easiest location) through to their customer service. Everything ODR did, was delivered with utter professionalism and a great and friendly attitude. We would recommend ODR in a heartbeat, they do everything they say, all delivered with a smile. Super workmanship, trustworthiness and a 'can do' attitude. What an outfit!

So professional from start to finish!! Nial and his team worked so well together!! So refreshing to see people who take a pride in their work. Arrived at early and worked for two days solid to build a base for our planned garden room. Not a straight forward site but nothing fazed them! Even the heat! I would certainly recommend them. Missed their cheery banter when they left.

We purchased a greenhouse from GCS Leisure Buildings in Cramlington who provided us with a list of recommended installers, for which ODR Groundworks were one of them.

From the initial contact, Andrew was prompt and polite, and within a couple of days over a weekend we had agreed a price and installation date.

On the day of the install, Andrew and Niall arrived as planned and within 20 minutes we had agreed the basic locations of the key components.

The guys cracked on and other than a small delay due to a sharp downpour, had the main framework fully built by the end of day one. We agreed that the glass would benefit from being installed in a single session so this part of the install was scheduled for the following day. Andrew and Niall arrived early the next morning and by late lunchtime, we had the pleasure of seeing our fully installed greenhouse in all it's glory. Andrew thanked me for the opportunity (I think they enjoyed it!). They even took away all the packaging, leaving us with a few spare fixtures and fittings.

I purchased a greenhouse from "The Greenhouse People," and ODR Groundworks is one of their approved installers. This installation was not straightforward as it was on an allotment. ODR Groundworks constructed a base for the greenhouse and then did an excellent job of building the greenhouse. I would highly recommend this very professional and efficient company,

Amazing team very professional
We had a small issue with the greenhouse louvre windows. By recommendation we call them, very quick response, that came looked the problem tried few things to rectify the issue but it required different approach which we were not ready to do it.
They spend nearly 2hours try to help and after finding the problem and recommended solution we were very happy with their help.
That did not charge us at all for all that as they said it was finding faults and their recommendations and they left, amazing

We had a great experience of ODR, from easy helpful quotation visit to the 4 days of work they did (in very wet conditions!). The replacement fence and concrete shed base with wooden sleepers surround looks great as is even better than we'd hoped. Communication has been excellent with the two guys on site being open to discussion, feedback and working out the finer details to a high-quality finish. Very impressed - thank you!

Excellent job. Two very respectful young men came to put together an octagonal greenhouse. What a fantastic job they’ve made. Worked very hard all day. From beginning to end they put me at ease, answering all my questions without a problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

ODR Groundworks were recommened to us for erecting an octangal greenhouse, providing the flag stones laying the base, & removing 2 fir trees. They were extremely efficient, professional and friendly, they did a first class job, tidy and no mess left behind. We would highly recommend them.
